What a place to have your vehicle detailed! I showed up and they had me out of there in less than an hour and the truck was immaculate! Worth every dollar spent. Definitely will be bringing all my vehicles here in the future and you should to.

Honestly I never do reviews but it's really hard to find good hand car wash. Service was really good with reasonable pricing. My man Evan went back over it to do finishing touches and even called some guys back to do some things over will for sure be back.

The mud is the issue. Not the blemishes on the door that were from something else.

These guys either owe me another wash or I'm cool never coming back here. It's hit or miss. They are pretty damn good for the most part. Today just may have been an off day.

No..should be paying for this new amp!!! Very argumentative and took no responsibility but "we're human and we make simple mistakes" this was not a simple mistake. They lost a good customer.

Sometimes you don't need a full detail (although they do provide that if so desired) and just want a tidy up and as it is 58 degrees outside I don't want to be the one to do the tidying. I am very pleased with my hand wash, interior, rims, glass for $20. They were thorough, fast (there were 3 of them), friendly.

Got my car washed here and I was actually pretty happy about it. I was a little annoyed that I was charged an extra $10 for an SUV (my car is not an SUV, it's an AMG Coupé. Taller than a car but for sure not an SUV. ). It it's 100% hand wash which I appreciate. Other than the additional $10, my only complaint is the attention to the tires. They could have done a little better but I'll still come back. read more

Definitely one of the best hand carwashes out there, I normally go there during the weekends, and even though they're busy, but still manage to complete the job efficiently. The prices are pretty good considering it's a hand carwash, so the value for any wash is definitely met. Customer service is great, very friendly staff. Went here today for the first time and they were fast, thorough, and very polite. $40 for the "VIP" service which includes cleaning inside and out, conditioning the dashboard, etc. I hadn't taken my car to be washed for a year (!) because it has some body damage due to a collision that I haven't had the money to fix and didn't want to risk an automated car wash tearing off what's left of my bumper. So that's one year of dirt, dust, grime on the outside, and sand and dog hair on the inside. All gone in minutes. I'm puzzled by the 1-star reviews saying employees were rude or tried to upsell them. That wasn't my experience at all. This was much a much better experience than any chain automated carwash I've been to. Definitely a find. Will be back. read more

I really wanted to give them a try because they are the only local hand car wash nearby. First flag, I have a small SUV and the listed price is $20 something for a basic wash, because of my SUV I was told it's $40 (granted they do have something posted about additional price for SUVs just not listing the amount). Fine, all was ok until I paid. I normally don't carry cash but wanted to give the washers a tip. I used my card, added an 18% tip and upon completing the transaction I told the cashier who seemed to be the supervisor, that I didn't have cash but added a tip. He stated, tips are in cash only. I told him I didn't have the cash but I wanted that money to go to the washers, he replied tips are only in cash. I asked if the plans on keeping the money to himself, he replied the tip applied to the transaction will help pay for taxes. I was shocked! Pay taxes? Shouldn't that be included in the price? Needless to say, I won't go back. They lost this customer and hopefully someone sees this before using their card to pay and adding a tip to the transaction! Something shady going on. read more

Don't waste your time with this car wash! Always trying to upsell you even tho you tell them "No" various times. I have 2 vehicles and brought them in on different days and it's the same story when you tell them "No" to their up selling. Spring Valley Car wash down the street, just save time and go there instead. read more

My go to spot to get my Porsche done up. My only gripe is that I've gotten different prices but for a hand wash it still beats anyone else so I'm cool with it. Also they have a points system so if you get a certain number of washes you get a free one so go there often and you'll get rewarded. read more

I have to update my review; based on another, recent visit to M Import Car Wash. I won't get into an entire story of the incident but I will state the fact that the manager or person in charge was extremely unprofessional. The manager was very argumentative and making statements that he was the best in San Diego and refused to do a simple task- as too use the air blower to dry the remaining water spots; stating "nothing is going to be done perfect; what do you expect?" What is crazy is there was no other clients there and he had roughly 5 workers and refused to do complete this simple request. He continued to argue with my boyfriend until I intervened and asked him to stop and to please give him the receipt that he's been asking for. We haven't returned since and do not plan too. read more

I would like to give no star...Very unprofessional..They broke a speaker on my dash on the passenger side, mind you I'm the only one that's ever in my car. They cleaned the whole upper dash where the speaker is and then called me a liar.I think if I would of been a male I would've gotten better treatment. Even though the online booking time was convenient, the manager, Alex, clearly does not care about your business. There is a "comments" box in the online booking process that was completely ignored with my question. The detailer was late to my appointment. Time means money and they don't care about wasting your time. The work vehicle was trashed when it showed up. Dents all over the place, door molding hanging outside the door. Invest some money and take all those dents out. It gives a bad look like they don't care. Before the work was started I was verbally told it would be an extra $45 for all of the work with some stubborn stains. Okay I understood, the car's interior was quite dirty. After working four hours on the car, the stains are still there. None of the ones on the seats and the carpet floor were removed. He tried was his answer and then asked me how long have I had the car. How is that relevant for the work performed? It is none of their business. Training is an issue obviously. On their website they claim "superior customer experience." Not so much. "Real time updates" during the four hours did not happen once. "Follow up care with maintenance recommendations" was non existent. The recommendations given was to keep the windows down because it still was wet inside. They couldn't dry the vehicle first? Yeah keep the windows down so all the dust flies in - so smart of them. At the end of the appointment I requested an invoice for their work. No was their answer but if you pay by credit card and pay the 4%+ surcharge, we can do it for you. What? That makes no sense. Their other payment options are cash, Venmo or Zelle. For a company that is detailer certified I am disappointed. Yes they are certified - certified waste of time. Take your business elsewhere.

Excellent hand car wash. I took my truck there for a complete detailing, they did a great job as you can see in the photos. I had a serious paint damage and these guys were able to make it disappear and looking new. Prices were great considering its a hand car wash they use good high quality materials, I've had my truck detailed for two weeks now and my dashboard and seats still look brand new. I don't take my truck or cars to a machine car washes because they did a serious damage to my paint, so I decided to go back and write a review cause these guys work hard and they deserve the recognition for their great quality work. Highly recommend this place. I went there for a detailing because my paint was faded completely. The manager took care of the whole process for me. Reassure her that they can fix it which, as you could see in the photos they did. Will definitely go back and visit. Prices were very affordable for the quality job they provide. they are very efficient to couple of hours for complete detail which is really impressive. The guys are nice there and very friendly. Blown away by the service here! I took my hyundai 2013 which really needed TLC. Just had gone to Julian and all kinds of muck was inside. Dany really took care of the car from start to finish. The hand car wash was above and beyond. I expected it to be clean but the damn thing glisened with the tyre shine. You could feel the damn thing shine. Definitely one of the best car wash in San Diego. I don't have to worry about the machines wash to leave scratches all over my car because import car wash is all hand wash. I get the VIP wash and the car looks flawless afterwards. Milad and Dany are the guys who help me most of the times and they do a great job. I absolutely love the hand wash aspect. I support my local businesses in spring valley. These guys take care of my car each and every time. Just the other day I spilt my coffee on the my seats and the smell was bad.
