She greeted our pups so kindly and made them feel completely comfortable before we even left. We were told the latest pickup was until 7:00 pm, and we arrived right at 7:00 after communicating our timing. The facility was already closed, and staff refused to release our pets, saying it was "7:01." That level of rigidity was disappointing, especially since we had communicated ahead of time. They're always willing to listen to my thoughts and concerns, and take that into consideration with whatever the need or appointment is for, but always give me all the options and are real with me.
