We took a chance with this place, heads up you will need to sign up on the app first, have the rabies decal and vaccinations ready to upload on the app before you can get an appointment. Somehow the person who took care of our cat was able to shave her, wash her, trim nails. We had to be called to come get her earlier than expected because she was hyperventilating. This tells me they took her health seriously and the situation and they were successfully able to shave her all over and bathe her to get her to a better healthy situation. I hate that they had to go through that with my cat but very grateful for their help. The package came out to around 75-85$.

I completely understand that some dogs need extra care, but it was made to seem like it was a huge issue that he might need assistance, as if dogs don't commonly have anxiety or past trauma. I was also repeatedly asked if I was sure I wanted to book, even after explaining multiple times that I just needed a simple wash and trim because grooming him at home has been difficult. It started to feel like I was being talked out of booking rather than helped. After that call, I ended up booking somewhere else that he's been to before, and they took him in with no hesitation and were very understanding about his anxiety. The difference in how I was treated was very clear. Because of this experience, I just wanted to share this feedback in hopes that future customers are spoken to with more understanding and reassurance.

My dog was returned with several cuts along his body, the biggest being on one of the skin tags I pointed out to her. While I understand that knicks can happen, he has been groomed for years and never had a groomer cut him this bad. I will never trust this company with my dog again.

we had a family emergency and needed to leave with a day notice. they were very fast to respond and…read morevery accommodating. when we showed up they were quick to take our dog to the back. they sent an email halfway through her stay updating us on her, letting us know she was happy and having a good time. when we showed up to pick her up she seemed a little out of it, not really acknowledging us when she usually gets super excited. the first thing we noticed was her right eye. it was bloody and almost looked infected, there was yellow pus coming out of her eye. we asked the young girl at the desk what happened and she had no idea. she went to the back to ask someone else what happened and when she came back all she said was "we had a lot of big dogs here today, they were all playing together" we never selected anything involving group play, she is a very friendly dog but as a business you should think about the liability. we never gave any type of permission for group play and to find out the dogs were roughhousing...not a good look. we will not be coming back here and the vet bills WILL be coming to them. This is my puppy's first bath and trim (he was about 5 months old). Him being a shih Tzu- I intend to keep his fur long as I do not like the "teddy bear short cut look". Scheduling: Appt scheduling was very simple. Staff was very nice. Appearance: Upon arriving, It can be a little confusing as the sign is not lit up. It's a little past the opening where the Home Store is so be aware to keep going! Inside, it smelled like a old dogs inn. Just like a dog. Didn't feel the clean spa- like feeling I thought I would get. Staff: The staff were not masked, but still nice. I just want to say Lindsay was sooo sweet! The sweetest. Explained things in good detail and really nice. Experience: I asked them to let me know if there were any issues as he is a very scary pup. She told me she would try to save some of his fur as there was a mention it was matted pretty bad. He was shaved balled. My mom picked him up as I was at another appt and she said they kept apologizing and saying "he's alright". He wound up having really bad diarrhea for a few days and when I took him to the vet, they mentioned it was bacteria. It could have came from anywhere but he's not around any other dogs, and thought it was funny he got it right after coming home. I'm thinking because the place was not as clean as I'd hope. They were also a little pricey. The rate was higher than my neighbors who has a Yorkie. In addition, with the extra vet bill,this grooming costs me over $140 so I will mostlikely be searching for a new one. Just as a note, He smelled really good and appeared to be okay but I will not likely take him back.
