Nikki the owner is nice but still doesn't know what your dog needs. Her groomers are lacking skillsets needed yet charged to you. Place smells like a kennel and no AC for dogs while being groomed. Don't take your dog here .. Nikki tried to fix what her so called trained groomers never completed. Example, nail trim and dremeled, following basic instructions I had given to check in girl. The staff is always kind and informative. We have a mini golden doodle and his cut was always done correctly. The prices were very reasonable. I do wish they posted their prices on their website or have the staff to give you an estimate total when dropping off. I've been bringing my dogs to this grooming facility many times and have always appreciated the care and professionalism the team provides. However, during my most recent visit, I was approached by one of the groomers in a rather unfriendly manner regarding my dog barking. I understand that barking can be disruptive, but given that this is a grooming environment, I was surprised by the tone of the interaction. It left me feeling uneasy and concerned about how my dogs might be treated after that comment. If your dog requires a breed specific cut (or any aspect of a breed specific cut) I recommend you go elsewhere. My only request for my Yorkie was to have her ears tipped, so the tops of her ears would be shaved to show off the point. Instead they mangled my dogs poor face hair and didn't even do the ears like I wanted. :( Her face looks terrible. I didn't think my dog could ever be ugly (because she's the most beautiful girl in the world) yet now she is. There were still eye boogies caught in her mustache and she didn't even smell good! I don't know if she wasn't bathed or what happened but she just smells like her normal self. Super weird. Luckily hair grows back but to not be able to fulfill one simple grooming request is sad. Then there was the fact that I was very very worried about my senior dog slipping (she's going to be 13) so I made sure to tell them multiple times that she needed extra care so as to not be on slick surfaces..... I brought a blanket for her to be on and her special grippy socks. When I arrived to pick her up the socks were still behind the counter and when she was brought out they had her walking on the slick vinyl/linoleum/whatever it is sans booties. It's one thing to not listen to a simple grooming request but it's quite another when my dog's health and safety is being disregarded. Please don't get me wrong, everyone I interacted with there seemed like the most lovely people and so many people recommended them. If this review was just based on how sweet the staff was it would be way different because -especially the front desk gal- was wonderful to deal with. But I can't justify stressing out my old girl for the kind of haircut she received. read more

I called right when they opened and they were able to get us in with no hassle. Everyone was so kind and they did everything they could to help us!
