Amanda did an amazing job with Leah and was incredibly kind and welcoming. She took the time to come out and greet us before the appointment, then met with me afterward to go over how everything went. She also answered all of my questions, which made me feel completely comfortable leaving Leah in her care. It's clear she genuinely cares about the dogs she grooms. Second, my bernedoodle had knots on his legs. I got as many as I could out at home but his legs retained some. They would not work with me on this. I Gave me 2 options; Shave to the skin all over; or face and fanny only. They would not shave down the legs and groom the rest of the body, even thought I requested that. I though I was paying for what WE wanted? Obviously we took the face and fanny. $85!!!!!!!!!!!! and no groom - I nearly keeled over. I was hoping this would be our new loving place. We were referred through a friend. It is almost 30 minutes away in traffic, but we had to give it a try. My oversized Cavapoo gets excited when we pull up. He is treated like he is their own pet. When I pick him up he is so happy. Now we have another Cavapoo, we got our dog a dog of his own. He loves it there. Sarah does great work! The staff is tops from the wash to the finish. The dogs socialize there and it looks like a party when we pickup the boys. We tried the rest, but found the best.

I got a phone call at 4:57 saying he was ready to be picked up. At 5:30 I got a phone call and I said I was on my way. I asked what time do they close and she said they closed at 5PM. At 5:50 I got another phone call and I suggested that they should tell customers that they close at 5, and I didn't know they closed at 5. She said "not my fault" and HUNG UP. Almost 9 years of my business - gone. Their YELP page says they close at 6PM. So does their Facebook page. So yes, it IS your fault.

Not a Maltese cut!…read more Before booking, I asked multiple times for a groomer experienced with Maltese and a specific Maltese cut. I was told: "I've done plenty Maltese I've been grooming for 9 years." The first photo shows Baylin in her full coat before grooming. The others are Baylin the day she was groomed and weeks later, showing how poorly the cut growing out. I requested a proper Maltese shape, trimmed right off the floor with no straight lines. Baylin is only 3-4 pounds, so experience matters. The result was not a Maltese cut. I contacted the owner weeks later to give feedback only, not to request a refund. The responses were: * "You had no complaints when there this is days after the groom" * "Request the other groomer or go else where" * "Beth would be more then happy to service you" * "And I assume that's the day of your groom correct ?" * "Days after to complain makes 0 sense beth would be more then happy to service you eliza is no longer here." After that, communication stopped. This service cost $120 +$40 travel fee (not including tip). Posting for transparency.

Kandi on the other hand is an absolute GENIUS and saint when it comes to grooming and caring for my dog. She makes her look GREAT, and smell great every single time.
