Your team has been very helpful throughout this entire process, always friendly and keeping me up to date on the next steps and my appointments. They never submitted a single document to Social Security on my behalf. Every piece of evidence in my file was obtained by SSA through its own processes, not by my representatives. I am a retired Navy Master Chief with 29 years of service and a 100% VA disability rating. When I asked about getting an independent medical evaluation to complete RFC forms -- something any competent disability firm knows is necessary for veterans since the VA doesn't fill out SSA forms -- my case manager told me "we don't do that here." They sent records requests through their Arctrieval system that went unanswered and never told me. No pre-hearing brief. No medical source statements. No case strategy. Nothing. After I discovered all of this and confronted them, they withdrew -- but kept a fee reservation on my case, making it nearly impossible to find new representation before my hearing. They did zero work but still want to collect fees from any favorable outcome I achieve on my own. I would not recommend this firm for SSDI cases, especially for veterans. If you're a veteran filing for disability, find an attorney who understands VA-specific challenges and will actually advocate for you.

We can't thank them enough for everything they did. Initially we filed for early retirement in order to keep a flow of income. The time to be approved y social security disability can be very long and drawn out. We worked directly with Tracey. In January 2023. Social Security claimed that the case did not exist and would have to reapply from start. Tracey worked directly with them and was able to have Social Security essentially "reestablish" the case back to August 2022. During the process Tracey was beyond awesome, Tracey kept us up to date through the entire process. When ever questions or concerns arose on our or Social Security side. Tracey was able to get them very quickly resolved. On two occasions in providing information, I became emotionally distressed and Tracey was able to step right in and provide comfort that a professional counselor would. Tracey always made sure that our case was individual and that she truly cared. We can never thank Shock and Stone enough for their professional service, let alone ever express enough thanks to Tracey for both her professional service but even more her genuine live and caring.
