Got an alignment and got my car back and noticed it was drifting right and then left with a slight steering wheel adjustment and they left my steering wheel off center by a lot. Let the owner know and he said to bring it back any time. took it back a week later since I was busy, they couldn't fix it cause the owner was not there. Which I didn't understand... they're an alignment shop everyone should know how to do an alignment. I live very far and it didn't make sense to keep coming back so I took the L. I have used the service in the past and was good on two wheel alignments. I went with a vehicle that was an all wheel drive, I have been told that on four wheel alignments the Limon begins with the rear tires since that also does change the front when he finish and charge me the full pop he told me that he could not align the rear because there was a part that was probably broken I asked him if there was any way he could have foreseen that before continuing with the alignment and charging me for something he did not finish he said there was no way to be able to tell yet after speaking to other shops they all said since the problem was in the rear and he could not get that rear tire line he should have stopped at that point and advised that the lineman could not be done instead of continuing with the other three tires and charging me full amount. read more

Because my truck was a two wheel drive and needed shims I knew it would take a bit longer. The owner informed me that it was going to be a bit more then quoted. He just added a little more for the extra time. All in all I got it done for about 1/3 of the price the other guys wanted. These guys are very fair and honest. Of course there was a little bit of a wait since he was working alone. Completely worth it, I sat in the waiting area watching a show and he went to work. Went becuase I thought I needed an alignment really bad. I wouldn't have gone if my alignment wasnt that bad. I asked if he could check what the problem was... He does the alignment And tells me that my tires are worn, causing my car to go right. and he couldn't do the alignment on my rear wheel becuase he couldn't adjust it.
