Got an alignment and got my car back and noticed it was drifting right and then left with a slight steering wheel adjustment and they left my steering wheel off center by a lot. I have used the service in the past and was good on two wheel alignments. I went with a vehicle that was an all wheel drive, I have been told that on four wheel alignments the Limon begins with the rear tires since that also does change the front when he finish and charge me the full pop he told me that he could not align the rear because there was a part that was probably broken I asked him if there was any way he could have foreseen that before continuing with the alignment and charging me for something he did not finish he said there was no way to be able to tell yet after speaking to other shops they all said since the problem was in the rear and he could not get that rear tire line he should have stopped at that point and advised that the lineman could not be done instead of continuing with the other three tires and charging me full amount. read more

I went to Neris Discount Alignment after I got an outrageous quote by the popular place next door. Greg was very nice on the phone where he gave me the quote and set up my appointment. Because my truck was a two wheel drive and needed shims I knew it would take a bit longer. The owner informed me that it was going to be a bit more then quoted. He just added a little more for the extra time. All in all I got it done for about 1/3 of the price the other guys wanted. These guys are very fair and honest. Amazing service! I came in for an oil change and I told Felipe about a concern with my muffler (it was hanging super low and always scraping). Of course there was a little bit of a wait since he was working alone. Completely worth it, I sat in the waiting area watching a show and he went to work. I must say he did great, he fixed my muffler that needed to be welded free of charge. I tried to ask him to charge me. If you want a reliable mechanic I would definitely recommend him.
