Look what they did to my $10,000 custom BBS wheels! They use old machinery that looks like it's from the 1980s. They crow bar your wheels in with big metal bars. If you don't want your expensive wheels being manhandled then don't come here. I'm pretty sure there some other shady stuff going on here as well. read more

Called about 10 different tire stores most of which were closed. The ones that were open told me there was no way I would find my specific tire and it would need to be special ordered for next day delivery. This place was OK, I needed to replace a tire with a damaged sidewall, called this place, guy said they had an almost new Michelin in the size I needed for $90, perfect for me since it would match the tires on my truck. When I got to the shop, I was helped pretty much right away, but the guy told me they didn't have the Michelin tire (which he'd told me they did have about 30 minutes earlier on the phone?) and wheeled out a slightly more worn off-brand tire, the only one they had in that size. I had them install it bc I just wanted it taken care of. The work seemed fine and the service was ok, but not sure what happened with the miscommunication. Location is a bit tucked away and not obvious to find, smells like a dump over there, not the most customer-appealing location. I'd definitely look elsewhere for tires before returning read more

Been coming here for about three years. Bought a at least 4 sets of used tires for both my cars. Would come in for tire rotations all the time for my sedans for $20. Owner was always cool and friendly. I bought a tundra with much bigger tires and came in to get a rotation 5k mikes ago. He upped the price to $40 for the bigger tires. Ok no problem, I can understand because they weigh more. Thought I'd be a loyal customer and keep giving him business even though Discount Tire is free and closer to my house. Came back today and now he wants to charge me $60 bucks for a rotation. Come on man. read more

Horrible service. The guy whose the owner has bad temperament and is extremely unreasonable. I had come to purchase one tire: this I was going to take with me. Moments later I see his worker installing it. At this point, I make contact with a family member regarding the situation. Because the owner and his workers would not have me take the tire, which we had initially agreed on, it was decided to not proceed with the purchase. Upon telling him this, he goes and starts saying that the tire could not be returned and demanding that I pay for the installed tire. He was threatening in his gesture and behavior. I'll never come again to this shop. It has to be the worse service ever. I don't think any other place would match it in its horrendous service and work. read more

I live in Temecula (Great Oak Area) and I've been driving to Camp Pendleton for the last 8 years; five days a week. I see this tire shop every single day going to work. I must admit, I've been putting off some much needed tire replacement, wires were exposed (the shame don't judge). I went to my faithful and reliable Yelp and searched for a tire shop in Fallbrook, CA. I didn't see the tire shop listed to my surprise; clutch my pearls. So I called the top three (so-called) Tire shop businesses listed for Fallbrook and no one answered. I drove straight to Olive Tire shop. As I drove slow and safely I prayed to myself "PLEASE GOD LET THEM BE OPEN!" My hero stood there with a smile and a safe feeling of reassurance was immediately felt. A kind voice spoke and "YES" were still open. As my blood pressure decreased and the panic of unforseen traffic ahead oozed away in the night air. I looked to my 4 year old and I realized, I could of put me and my child life in danger. Life and responsibilities can sometime have us spinning into so many directions we ignore damn common sense (speaking only for myself). Plus, we still had another 30 minute drive ahead of us. Brian displayed integrity, knowledgeablity of his product (he reviewed the warranty policy) and professionalism. He was courteous and friendly. I could of gone the cheap way out but he advised me to be safe!!!!! Service was quick and he was so accommodating. I have been a loyal customer of Discount Tire for YEARS! Being a retired military spouse, caregiver, and maintaining a very stressful career. I know I can depend on Olive Tire Service; they don't close till 7:00 p.m. Excellent business model! He helped me pick out a set of 4 used Michelin with 90% tread, let me inspect them (near new), check the date code (1-2 years old), and had them mounted and balanced for a super good price. We went to the location in Escondido behind the Salvation Army store on Washington. The two other tire places in the area couldn't get the job done for 2-3 hours. These guys got us in immediately and we were on our way in 10 minutes! It wasn't free like the other places ($15) but it was worth it to not spend my whole Saturday afternoon smelling that new tire smell in the waiting room. read more

love this place they have great customer service and good cheap tires i got a tire for only $45 and Alberto was really helpful i even got to watch him change it and he also help me with my check engine light problems and gave me great directions when i didn't know where they were located even helped me put my rim back on so all my tires could match they made me feel very comfortable here and show that they really care about your car i will be telling everyone about this place and i will be back in 2 weeks to get my other tires fixed :) read more
