We popped in looking for some furniture in the form of a dining table set and we ended up leaving with a candle, some outdoor lights and a cooler...none of which we were after or truly in need of. Back to the table...they had a table we loved, but they had it due to some damage on it and unfortunately the scratch was a little too deep to fix so we sadly passed. Most of the items are new in package, but they do sell second life items that feature some variety of damage. Nothing glaring, but enough to be noticeable on most of these items. Home Depot tried to deliver on Tuesday. I was not home like I told the salesman at the point of sale. Dealing with their delivery vendor was useless. Home Depot manager rescheduled delivery for next day as I originally instructed the salesman. Waited 12 HOURS on Wednesday no delivery. This short narrative does not begin to cover the lies Home Depot and their delivery people told me. The ONLY apology I got was from a Home Depot employee after I got my cash back. My shopping days at Home Depot are over forever. Furthermore their selection of top loading agitator washer is quite limited.
