As I walked in I was greeted by both a sales assistant and Rebeca the owner. Both were very friendly and accommodating, and within a few minutes, I had beautiful sparkly studs in my ears. I was very pleased with how meticulous Rebeca was on making sure the holes were even, she even pulled out a little ruler to measure. The piercing was pretty painless (it was my third hole so I'm kinda a pro.) I was really happy with my experience. It's a calm environment which I think would be good for kids. You are given a cleaning lotion and instructions how to keep them clean and infection free! I am pretty sure they do cartilage piercing on the ear also. Beside the ear piercing, they have a ton of cute accessories to browse. I ended up getting a necklace that have been searching for after seeing it on a girl at the Belmont Stakes. So I already was very pleased and then I met Dalia, who was a complete angel to work with. I gained a few Pounds during Covid like a lot of us, and I was so upset and nervous because my dress did not fit, my next appointment 1 week later Dalia took out my dress and I felt like a beautiful bride, I also brought a veil in with me from else where, which I had a few concerns about Dalia altered it and made it the veil of my dreams. I felt like I was part of the family here by the time I picked up my Dress. This wasn't your typical get you in and out experience it was so much more. Sheri would even call me from time to time to see how planning and dieting was going.
