On top of it, she's rude and doesn't know what she's talking about. They often have some bum squatting in the front playing video games. It's nice that they help the homeless but it's bad for business to have them squatting there. He stinks worse then stench that emits from Karen's desk. Karen said she sells the piled crap online but it looks like a hoarders home. If you can catch Mike at the shop alone I'd recommend coming here, but if you have to deal with Karen, turn around and walk.
