They will tack on a bunch of fraudulent charges even after you pay it off and cancel it though they keep it open for months afterwards, packing these charges that are absolute fraud they should be investigated. The status said in stock and ready in about an hour. 2 hours later still wasn't ready and the place was closing so I didn't get any help. Yesterday my daughter woke up to her phone not working. After getting the run around from ATT and Geek Squad to n the Norman Best Buy. The Norman location tech was a big jerk! I decided to try the Moore location. I booked an appointment through Apple which I would recommend for a faster appointment. I showed up to Moore aggravated and probably a little abrasive. Tyler in the Geek Squad told me that he had not parts to fix the phone but could take a look at to see if he could get it working. This location clearly cares about taking care of each customer on an individual basis to ensure that they keep choosing Best Buy in Moore, every time! If you would've asked me to review this Best Buy location several months ago, I may not have given it the 5-Star rating that I am giving it now. Long story short, I bought a Dell lap top in May, after getting it home and setting it up, it didn't work. I called Best Buy and didn't receive the best response, but I later found out it was a call center and not the specific location. Ultimately, I sent an email to one of the managers named Stacy and he was absolutely so much help! Stacy helped me do an exchange but unfortunately the 2nd lap-top didn't work either. This time, I assumed it was a manufacture problem and called Dell to utilized my warranty. Basically, they kept me in limbo for 2 months trying to fix my brand new (second) Dell computer. After months of no progress and poor service I finally decided to email Stacy again. After explaining what was going on for the second time he again promptly responded and put my worries at ease. He was sure to let me know that they were going to take care of me and correct this reoccurring problem I was having with these Dell computers. Today I went in and got a new lap top! They were so helpful and the communication with the managers to the Geek Squad was great; I didn't have to re-explain my situation. I was credited the price for my Dell lap-top and went to the sales floor to find me a new (not Dell) computer! Malik assisted me on the sales floor and was patient and very aware of my problem. He went through each option with me and made sure I understood all the terminology he was throwing my way. He even provided some examples on the different lap-tops so that I could see the differences. I really appreciated how he only showed me the computers that were feasible for me. Eventually, I selected the HP Envy lap-top that I am writing this super-awesome Yelp review on and I am loving it! Malik was extremely personable and even went to the customer service department with me to make sure my purchase went smoothly. Sabrina, another Best Buy customer service rep, personally called the bank Best Buy uses for their credit cards to assure that I was receiving all the same policy as I previously was. Overall, I would rather not be in the situation of having to exchange my computers but if I have to, it brings me piece of mind that Best Buy in Moore will go above and beyond. read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! Recently I had bought a new computer that was approximately 1200$ which was at the suggestion of employee who worked at this location! As I was not exactly " smart " on what I should be purchasing for the game I wished to play, it was suggested to me to buy the cheaper model as it wasn't an issue to run the game at full graphics... I came in to Best Buy on 10/7/14 to purchase a new charger for my 3DS XL. I picked up my charger and my friend found these awesome vault cases for the 3DS. I was pretty delighted to see it since it looked nice and it was very protective. Of course when I see something I like, there isn't a price to mark it. Strike one. I still wanted it because the green matched nicely with my limited edition Yoshi device, which is another reason I wanted a good case because it was indeed limited run. My friend picked the black one and we proceeded to go check out despite knowing the price. My friend went first and checked out without a problem at all, the case turned out to be only $24.99. It was then time for me to check out and with my luck my green case would not ring up. The cashier called for assistance from a male co-worker and to my surprise he turned around and said "Yes, female?" in a condescending tone. Strike 2. Friendly joking among co-workers may be the case, but I found it unacceptable to speak to a woman that way in a place that is supposed to be professional. My friend and I, who are both women, were severely offended. Let's put a strike 3 in there because someone put product on the shelf when it was obviously not available for purchase yet. Disgruntled, I waited to see if he could resolve the problem. He took the product over to customer service, walked in circles a bit, and turned around and came back. Obviously still with no solution to resolve the issue, he dawdled some more to try and figure out what to do. At this point there was about 3 people in line behind me, so it looked like I was a troublesome customer holding up the line. In reality, I just wanted to protect my $300 device that I had purchased there! With no more further attempts to resolve the problem, he said "there really isn't anything I can do about it". Then he has to audacity to ask me if I wanted to purchase the black case. If I wanted the black case, I would have picked that one to begin with. Strike 4. I'm a pretty easy going person, but then again I also work in retail. I also know that as a representative of a business, I need to try my hardest to help a customer and make sales for the store. He let $30 up and walk out. Needless to say, I've spent over $3000 here in 2014 alone and I will more than likely not return to this location. This isn't the first time I have received poor service here, and not to mention the creepy guy in the games that always stares you down. The only person I like is the kind woman who works in the Samsung department. She sold me both of my Galaxy Gear 2s. She's wonderful, kudos to her. Most other associates need a bit more help. The one who needs a lot more customer training is the gentleman who decided to address women as "female" condescendingly and offers no help to resolve issues. Best Buy needs a better way of communicating with their computers. We started out on Wednesday evening, looking for a new refrigerator. Ours had quit working and needed to be replaced. We were told delivery would be anywhere from August to September. Remember, I told you our fridge was dead. I told them I could not possibly go that long without a refrigerator. A very nice man said there was one in the back, there at the store, so he would try to arrange for delivery next week. BUT there was no way to make the computer understand there was one in the back room. It insisted it would have to be ordered from Texas, and be delivered September 14. We dealt with an unpleasant gentleman who didn't want us to speak with a manager, he kept leading us away. Finally we called back and asked specifically for the manager, we were told he was on vacation. So we finally got to speak to one of the asst. managers, who agreed there was no way for a swift delivery. Anyway, long story short, we cancelled our order! All because they couldn't deliver the fridge that was in their store 5 miles, to our home. I guess that particular refrigerator will probably never be sold, because the computer won't let it be delivered in a timely manner! read more

They fully explained the process and set expectations with me on the next steps. Bought an apple watch from this store. Asked for a specific watch and band. Employee asked me multiple times which band I wanted and I repeatedly told him a different band than the one he was showing me. After purchasing the apple watch I went home and opened the package to find the band I had told him I didn't want. Returned to the store and tried to exchange the watch and was told they could not do that. They stated the band I wanted was never made for this apple watch even though the same band and watch I wanted were on display. When I asked about that band, she stated I would have to pay an extra $40 to get that band. I pulled up this particular band and watch on the bestbuy website where it was for sale and was not an extra $40. Left store. Called another best buy and spoke with manager about situation. I was told that that particular band had just sold out but could still be exchanged and reordered at the store.
