They are very nice here. My clothes are always done when they say they will be done. I have had no issues with this place.

The new owners are very organized. Prepaying is different so I do wonder what happens if I had an issue but the quilt was beautifully cleaned and smelled good. Love the text when ready. Prices are moderate not discount as the name implies. read more

Unfortunately they are closed. I used them for many years and they did a good job. Their newer business model was a 3 day turnaround as they cleaned offsite. I suspect that we all are used to a 24 hour turnaround and this hastened their demise. Their suggested new cleaners of choice also have a 3 day turnaround and I use them because I got used to that - I suspect that this may becoming an industry standard. read more

Once again DC pulls off a great seamstress job on 2 pairs of pants! (At a great price) I've been going here for my seamstress and dry cleaning needs since 2002. The friendly staff may sometimes be hard to understand, but they sincerely care about their customers and produce high quality results. Remember to have cash or check-- they DO NOT take credit/debit. The ladies who run this cleaners are so friendly, I trust them with our dry cleaning and alterations. They always do a great job cleaning and alterations usually come out well too... and for a great price! Only thing is if something you're having cleaned or altered has more than one thing that's needs attention, you need to be very specific and point it out more than once. I've been going to this cleaner for a decade but under new ownership staff refuses to wear masks so no more business from me.

They damage multiple pieces of my clothing. I had a very large order, I've never had a dry cleaner damage my clothes - I have found holes in at least two of my high dollar items. I'll have to look closely at the others. It is very very upsetting. I did call and they told me to bring it in and have their seamstress fix but my level of trust for this entity is very low and why would I trust more of my garments to them. My gf showed me this place about a year ago. We have used this place quite a few times. The older lady; which seems to be the owner, is very nice and make you feel very appreciated. When we go to pick up from the cleaners the owner would use her credit card reader for our payment which was always nice. There is another girl working now that seems to be in her 30s. We have encountered her our last couple of times. She's very rude and seems bothered by you being there. We didn't have cash, as the owner always runs our card, this lady won't use that machine at all and is unapologetic about the inconvenience. They have the best prices in South Tempe and good service. The owner is a very friendly lady. Easy to work with. I have my business wardrobe cleaned here at prices like 20 years ago. They do alterations as well, also very, very affordable. Might not be the place to get your bespoke suit altered, but then again if that's what you're looking for, Tempe is the wrong city for you. read more

I've been coming to discount cleaners for over 10 years now. Never thought to do a review before, also could have dozens of check-in's. The service here is amazing and the prices are very reasonable. I couldn't recommend this place more highly. I usually bring in two weeks of laundry at a time and it's typically ready the next day. I've used the alterations service several times and have always been happy with the results. My only regret is I wish they would clean leather. read more

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE...it's as simple as that. Took 5 pairs of pants in for alterations at $10 per. They billed me for 5 pairs, but when I got home and tried them on, they had only done alterations on 1 pair. For some reason, I can't get $40 back ( I'm more than willing to pay for the work they did do), and they don't seem to get why I want my money back. Avoid the hassle and go to someone who will deliver what they promise and will own up to mistakes. I left a pair of suit pants for alteration (hem and take in the waist) on a Monday and told it would be ready on Friday. I showed up on a Friday at 11am and and the lady told me "I told you after 5pm" that was false but I said ok ill pick them up at 5pm, I sent my wife to get them at 5pm and she told my wife "I told your husband after 5:45pm." that was another lie. My wife told her she will pick them up at 6pm . I called to talk to the owner and ask her why her wokers are accusing me of lying about pick up times, she told me it was her fault and she only did the hem and not the waist and to give her more time to make things right. I declined the offer and told her i am not going to waist anymore time with her store. My wife picked up my pants at 6pm nothing was done. No hem or waist alterations. Agian!! They make up their prices as they go and although dress shirts are advertised as $1.20, they will charge you for the dry cleaning price. At my last cleaner, I never had a ticket over $25, this place hasn't been under $40. They also make up their dry cleaning prices, such as, a basic woman's blouse will run you $5. I will never go back to this place! read more

Don't go here for any reason. Horrible customer service. I was intending on being a new customer. I brought in several pairs of dress slacks and 10 dress shirts at 10 min after 9am and asked to have them back after 5pm the same day. I was told that was impossible as 9am was the cutoff.
