You will have to test plastic-covered mattresses on the garage floor. Rob, the salesman at Mattress Depot, was extremely friendly and prompt. He was really knowledgeable on every mattress in the garage, and was able to help me find exactly the kind of mattress I was looking for. The delivery people were great as well, they called ahead 20 minutes before delivery and the process itself was really clean and efficient. The delivery price was pretty reasonable too ($60 for next day delivery). So if you're okay with testing mattresses out on an open garage floor, head down here for your mattress purchases. I am extremely pleased with my purchase, and honestly believe I paid a fraction as much as I would have on a comparable mattress at a retailer showroom.

After the delivery was completed and the furniture had already been brought inside the home, a member of the delivery team began asking my partner personal questions while she was alone in the house, including whether she was married. This occurred after the delivery was finished and a signature had already been obtained, making the questions completely unrelated to the delivery itself. Asking personal questions about someone's relationship status while they are alone in their home is inappropriate and uncomfortable, and it created an unnecessary safety concern for my partner. I reported this issue to Mor Furniture the same day as the delivery on February 25, 2026, but the concern was not meaningfully addressed. I followed up again by emailing customer service on February 27, 2026, and no one contacted me back. I then went in person to the Mor Furniture store on March 2, 2026 to raise the concern. Unfortunately, the representative I had initially spoke with over the phone (2/25/26) dismissed the situation and suggested the delivery team may have simply been confirming the delivery location. As I explained both on the phone and again in person, that explanation does not make sense when the furniture was already inside the home and the delivery had already been completed. The lack of follow-up from customer service and the dismissive response in the store have been extremely disappointing. Situations like this should be taken seriously, especially when employees are entering customers' homes. I hope the company improves its hiring practices and accountability for delivery staff to ensure customers feel safe and respected during in-home deliveries.

The lack of transparency, poor communication, and significant delay made this a very frustrating experience.
