Rather than mention their lack of return policy, the rep just assured me that I shouldn't be worried, took payment, and sent me out the door. What is disappointing is that the item is out of stock. What I don't understand is when it became out of stock and delivery wouldn't be for several months, why I was not notified. Unfortunately, the delivery experience raised serious concerns about professionalism and safety. After the delivery was completed and the furniture had already been brought inside the home, a member of the delivery team began asking my partner personal questions while she was alone in the house, including whether she was married. This occurred after the delivery was finished and a signature had already been obtained, making the questions completely unrelated to the delivery itself. Asking personal questions about someone's relationship status while they are alone in their home is inappropriate and uncomfortable, and it created an unnecessary safety concern for my partner. I reported this issue to Mor Furniture the same day as the delivery on February 25, 2026, but the concern was not meaningfully addressed. I followed up again by emailing customer service on February 27, 2026, and no one contacted me back. I then went in person to the Mor Furniture store on March 2, 2026 to raise the concern. Unfortunately, the representative I had initially spoke with over the phone (2/25/26) dismissed the situation and suggested the delivery team may have simply been confirming the delivery location. As I explained both on the phone and again in person, that explanation does not make sense when the furniture was already inside the home and the delivery had already been completed. The lack of follow-up from customer service and the dismissive response in the store have been extremely disappointing. Situations like this should be taken seriously, especially when employees are entering customers' homes. I hope the company improves its hiring practices and accountability for delivery staff to ensure customers feel safe and respected during in-home deliveries.

When I asked for a refund because of the delay, I was told I would be charged a 30% fee--something that was never clearly explained at the time of purchase. The lack of transparency, poor communication, and significant delay made this a very frustrating experience. Kristy their sales person yelling and arguing with me over the phone, then abruptly refunding my money on my visa leaving me without a bed. When I threatened to cancel sale on my visa unless adjustable frame was delivered the next day, I would never refer anyone I know to purchase anything from this company ever.
