And then we had two days of work. Both project managers, Eric and Greg were wonderful people. They did their best. I really appreciate it to work. And, overall, the team did a good job based on what I can tell from outside. They worked clean, they were respectful, they showed up on time. The only problem, and that's the reason that I only give 3 star, but not 5 star, is there is this one person in office, Lori. She's really hard to work with. She has an attitude. I had some question about this invoice. Some numbers initial didn't make sense to me. But the way she handles things with attitude, she gives me this tone while speaking - she is too much frustrated and frustrating customers too. If i am paying $8,000, i will ask question. I think that's the only thing that was down. I will consider it's Super Attic solutions -, maybe in the future, assuming that they're going to fix the folks in office and their attitude.

First, I…read morehad the estimator come out just a couple days after I called, he spent an hour or so going over my house & checking the insulation and then figured out the estimate. I was shocked, with the PSE rebate, which NW Insulation takes care of, the estimate was thousands less than I thought it would be! I signed up, and a day or so later I got a call to schedule the install, again, surprisingly, they could do it right away and I scheduled for about a week out. The installers got to my house about 8am and were very polite and professional. They basically worked all day, got the job done, and were on their way. They left everything clean and it is amazing to me how the house looked when they were done. They blew in the insulation from the exterior and the method that they used left no trace, they removed a course of siding, drilled holes, filled the walls, plugged the holes, and replaced the siding. You can't even tell that they were there. I have only had a few hot days to determine if there has been an improvement and honestly it really does seem to stay cooler inside, looking forward to winter for the real test. All in all, this has been a great experience, I very highly recommend NW Insulation for your project.

Recently we had a problem with some venting pipes that were never sealed and leaked condensation moisture into the insulation and caused ceiling water damage. It was time to make this small repair and patch, but we also decided it was a good time to remove all the blown in insulation and replace with insulation batting. Patrick from Sound Crawls came to do the inspection and gave us a quote for the work we wanted done. In our opinion he did the best inspection of all the businesses that came to give us a quote. He was very flexible, willing to do less, but explained how more could be done to make our attic so much better. We decided to go with his company and our attic now is clean, organized and has storage space that we are rapidly moving things out of our garage into the attic. Now the area is easy to navigate and access remote spots without getting covered in insulation. We are very happy with the results and speed at with the work was done. Unfortunately, once new tenants moved in and began using the space, we discovered that the bedroom outlets were no longer functioning. When I contacted the owner to ask if a wire might have been accidentally disconnected during the attic work, he refused to come by to inspect the situation. He argued that I should have reported the issue within two weeks, despite the fact that the unit was vacant and only recently occupied. Rather than offering to troubleshoot or verify their work, the owner was argumentative and dismissed the concern entirely. He also claimed I have no proof his team caused the damage and told me I would need to hire an electrician to prove it. I am disappointed in the lack of accountability and professional courtesy, and I would suggest looking elsewhere for a contractor who stands behind their labor.

Normally, I'd be pretty skeptical at that combination, but all of the positive reviews on Yelp convinced me to accept their offer. A few days later, as I write this I'm basking in the warmth of my new heater. The installation was smooth, painless, and well done. Despite some unexpected challenges in the home's design to figure out and overcome, they charged exactly their estimate; there were none of the kind of headaches or scams that one often expects dealing with contractors. Per report, roof was still OK, not needing new roof immediately. Titan never got onto roof, only used a drone. Thankfully, I got my own inspection with a different company before deciding to purchase home. My inspector, who did get on roof, discovered extensive damage to roof to include water leaking into attic in several places. This inspector noted that roof needs replacement immediately. This damage was never listed on Titan report. Also, furnace was not Ok. It had not been inspected for 2 years and needed to be replaced. In addition, Titan report never mentioned water under house and some repairs needed there. While Titan used pictures and report looked good, I would have bought a house that needed thousands of dollars in repairs had I relied on their report.

Here's why: - Vitaliy was exceptionally clear, punctual, and spoke in facts (he was not at all sales-y). - He did what he said he'd do (call me back, or prepare an estimate) when he said he'd do it. From the first interaction, it was clear he has high integrity. - Vitaliy noticed critical details (such as the fact that none of my windows had flashing!) that nobody else documented in quotes or discussed with me. - And, his responses to my questions were patient and thorough. Vitaliy helped me understand all the aspects of the project and design choices, which helped me feel confident and supported. And then the work began! - Slavic and Alex were assigned to my project and wow - they are exceptionally skilled and hard working! - Slavic and Alex have great attention to detail. The siding work is very precise and they made simple and beautiful enhancements along the way (like swapping out old and poorly installed vents). - Rot was discovered under a stairway off my kitchen, and I decided to have the staircase rebuilt. It is beautiful. They even noticed that the original staircase had a weird drop off from the interior floor and corrected that so there's now a seamless landing that is much safer and easier to use. The work Slavic and Alex did on this part of the build is as high quality as their siding work. - The work site was always SUPER tidy. Slavic and Alex took great care to clean up as they worked, paid attention to simple details like ensuring nails were picked up and that hose covers were back on (winter months), and they were very respectful of the driveway which I share with my neighbors. - Throughout the installation, Vitaliy kept me updated via text, phone calls, and site visits. I always knew where things stood and what degree of rot was uncovered (or not) at the end of a demolition day. The level and consistency of communication was outstanding. This is the biggest home project I have ever tackled, and it was by far the easiest. And that is because of Vitaliy, Slavic, and Alex. Their communication and the quality of their work is exceptional. Hire these folks!
