The guys that work in outlet are the best. They work hard to make sure you have your kitchen layout YOU bring as they do not do design in the outlet division. 90% of the time they have every cabinet we need and can take with, many are still boxed. They have limited cabinet design, however most are dovetailed, some even soft closed drawers, they have many sinks, bathroom vanities. The best is, they are local and have almost all you need in one spot.

My mother in law now has to pay the contractor to install the replacement cabinets and to return the damaged cabinets and pick up the replacements. Also, a tall pantry cabinet was supposed to be pull out drawers and instead was delivered with static shelves. She paid for the upgraded pull outs. They told her there wasn't anything they could do other than to get replacements. She is stuck footing the bill for the labor due to damaged product. Shouldn't Williams Kitchen & Bath checked to make sure that these items weren't damaged prior to sending the out? That's poor customer service and not standing behind their products. They basically don't want to make the situation better. I would suggest looking around at other options. They don't seem to want to take much responsibility for their own products.
