I felt really ripped off, my doctor who I have had of 4 years prior was closed,this occured on a saturday and sunday...and I REALLY needed my medicine. So, when I called their customer care executive, he was very helpful in letting me know about the process and the clinic in general. I asked several questions to which he answered very patiently. The evaluation process also went pretty smoothly. Their process is actually quite convenient and easy. The speed of the process was also quite a surprise for me. The first being the product quality and not having a great selection. Lastly, Chris B. agreed to leave products in my mailbox while I was away working then asked for a screenshot of me sending payment, which I did. When I came home, there was nothing but papers in my mailbox. I checked with my neighbors and roommates and no one had seen anything. Maybe someone robbed me???
