I shopped around and received quotes from several companies: +Pulidos Auto Glass: $427.59 +Apple Glass Company: $429.93 +Safelite AutoGlass: $496.54 I ultimately chose Pulidos Auto Glass, and I'm glad I did. They were able to install my new windshield the very next day at the best price. Before scheduling, I asked John Pulido a long list of questions about the windshield manufacturer, DOT certification, acoustic glass, molding, warranty, mobile service, and installation details. Instead of giving vague answers, he answered everything directly and professionally. He even checked my VIN before discussing specifications and confirmed my Rogue required an acoustic windshield. John explained that the replacement glass could come from manufacturers such as Pilkington, PGW, Fuyao, or AGC. After verifying my vehicle, he confirmed he would be installing a Pilkington acoustic windshield, which I was very happy to hear. The installation was performed at my home, which made the entire process incredibly convenient. My appointment was scheduled for 12:00 PM, and John actually arrived slightly early. The installation moved quickly and efficiently, and by 12:37 PM he was already calling me to let me know the work was completed. The new windshield included: +Pilkington acoustic glass +DOT-certified construction +Solar band +New molding +Mobile installation +Labor warranty John took care to protect the vehicle's interior and dashboard during the installation and cleaned up everything afterward. There was no mess left behind. He also explained the curing process clearly, including leaving the tape on the windshield for 24 hours before removing it. Most importantly, the finished product has been excellent. There have been no leaks, rattles, wind noise, or any other issues since the replacement. Overall, Pulidos Auto Glass delivered exactly what I was looking for: quality glass, knowledgeable service, mobile convenience, excellent communication, and a fair price. I saved money compared to both Apple Glass and Safelite while receiving a high-quality Pilkington acoustic windshield installed at my home. If you need a windshield replacement in Houston, I would absolutely recommend John Pulido and Pulidos Auto Glass.

Since I was at work, they were even willing to come to my job to replace the window before it started raining, which I truly appreciated. Throughout the entire process, both Maryam and Daryoush kept me updated, so I always knew what was going on. Daryoush did an outstanding job! He replaced my rear window with high-quality American Standard Safety Glass that includes the factory tint, and the installation was completed in about an hour. He was professional, efficient, and paid close attention to detail. After the installation, he carefully cleaned up all of the broken glass inside and around my vehicle, leaving everything spotless. I used them twice for different houses, so that alone is a testament of my good experience with this company. On my latest install, they were professional from start to finish, although not perfect in some areas (more on that later). I'll start with the issues, and then close with the positives. On our first house, I encountered some disappointing challenges during the execution/installation phase. Our garden was trampled on, one of the windows were installed on the wrong spot, and a light fixture was damaged and the crew tried (poorly) fixing it without notifying me (all caught on CCTV). With all that said though, the company stands by doing the right thing and resolved everything on a timely manner. How it was handled was much appreciated and influenced me to use them again and refer others. On our second house, almost everything went smoothly. All windows were replaced in just two days! Just encountered a minor hiccup when a wall was damaged and a worker claimed it was pre-existing. Luckily, I purposely took before-photos and was able to provide evidence that it was not pre-existing. In the end, it was fixed within satisfaction. As for the positives, I really have to give credit to Milton, the supervisor on the second house. He was very professional and accommodating. On one of the windows, he found water damage and pointed it out to me instead of trying to cover it up. The damage and source were all fixed. Seriously, he could have moved on and I would have never known! All the windows were installed to my satisfaction. Few minor quirks remained, but possibly due to the window manufacture (or so I was explained). Also appreciate how floors snd countertops are covered to prevent/reduce damage and dust. I recommend this company. Here are some tips before using them (or any other window company): - Take lots of photos of each window before the work starts. Ensure to get several close ups and different angles of the trim and corners, both inside and out. Ensure good lighting for a useful photo. - Check with your HOA to see if it's the window replacements are allowed. Some care about colors of trim and grid vs non-grid. - Expect the order to take several months to come in. Get your quote early if it's a house you plan on moving in.

They were easy to schedule, offered a choice of times to perform the install. They arrived as promised, began work immediately and did not require any assistance from me to complete the task at hand. Completely outfitted and self-contained, both gentleman worked efficiently and professionally to get our truck back on the road within 30 minutes, including restoration of all sticker, cameras and modules on the glass. To my surprise Quick Auto Glass responded to me within 10 mins. They gave me an estimate and the time of their business hours. They open at 8am and I arrived at 8:30. There was only one guy at the shop and he spoke little English but immediately got on the phone and told his partner I was there and gave him my vehicle information. He then told me "window on way" and he started vacuuming up the broken glass and doing the prep work. About an hour later his partner arrived with my window and with the prep work done he was able to install the window in about 10 mins. I was charged the estimated price I was given, plus tax of course. My only complaint is when I got home and was looking over everything I noticed a good amount of glass still under my seat. Other than that it was a great experience.
