Don't get me wrong, awesome owner! Super friendly, out going, and knows his stuff. But his workers, not so much. This was the toughest review I have ever given and written. I hate giving low reviews and ratings, but in this case, I think it's a must. Not only for the customers, but also the owner as well. Might just be me, but when it comes to broken car windows and replacement, I expected that they would replace the glass and also clean up and vacuum the broken pieces. Had to ask them three times to clean up everything. The last time I asked, two of the workers complained and said that that, "this isn't an auto detail shop," and started saying and showing other disrespectful and unprofessional words and faces. The owner ended up having to do it himself. Great business, fantastic owner, but they may need to change the workers. I was quoted $300, but my friend found a cheaper palace for his for $200. We rent motorhomes and one came back with a crack in the windshield. I called several places and discount mobile glass was the only place that could get me in the same day, which was great because another family was picking up the motorhome for vacation. They showed up in less than an hour and gave me a very fair price compare to the other places I called. The windshield turned out to have a leak. They fixed it at no charge. I had to take it to their shop, but they were very friendly and helpful and replaced the windshield at no charge. I will definitely use them again for future windshield work with our motorhome rentals! And now I have a great place if I ever need windshield work on my personal vehicles. My wifes car was broken in to some time last night, early morning. She called around to a few shops. First shop, said they had the window, so we drove 30 min to find out they didnt have it in stock and it would be a day to order. So, I got my key back, and headed to Pasadena from Fountain View during 4pm rush hour traffic. Finally get to Discount Mobile Auto Glass, and Haba got me in right away, no wait! It took less than an hour to replace, clean, and tint!! Everything looks great! I may leave an updated review once we have car for a few days to see how the tint and window hold up! I was traveling outta town in 1 day so I called 1st thing in the morning and the owner assured me his guys would come to Houston and fix my car in my driveway while I was at work! I had my front windshield replacement scheduled for 1:00pm on 2AUG16 originally. I was then called by the service tech named Henry, who told me he was going to come by at 9AM on the same day instead, to which I agreed. 9AM came and went. No Henry. Noon came and went. No Henry. 5PM came and went. No Henry. No calls. No nothing. I give this business no stars. They wasted my time, and will probably waste yours. Look elsewhere. UPDATE: The owner called me back and insisted that he told me the reschedule was for 9AM 3AUG16 and that they were very busy. I would not have agreed to this, because I work all day today. This was a miscommunication that originated with the owner who did not take appropriate measures to fix the problem once discovered. This place is awesome. Abraham is a great business owner and we will continue coming back to him for all our auto care needs. We drove around Saturday, looking for estimates on a broken back window for a Ford Ranger and a windshield. Most places were closed (which was surprising) and after reading some online reviews, I thought we'd give him a try. Within five minutes of arriving, we had a quote and we immediately knew we weren't going anywhere else. Abraham told us it would be 1 1/2 to to 2 hours to get to us. Which was fine, seeing as we could sit at Taco Bell across the street if we got hungry. I'm glad we didn't. We sat in their waiting room and were hooked on a ION show so time went by quickly.
