they did a good job and cheap but reinstalled my back seat wrong where it wouldnt fold back down... and they knew it thats why they left it up. i had to unbolt it and place where seat belt secures on other side, they had it on wrong side so it damaged it for good. it was stopping it from folding down.. damn it....also my sound system is not working. 2014 gmc read more

I am a female veteran, I went to this place because they offered the best price to replace my windshield. I was quoted a price by the owner...but when I checked out or paid my bill, I inquired about the Military discount and the $20.00 coupons offered on their website...all I got was the tax taken off ($16.00) the guy thought i was as stupid as he was. I didn't even get a receipt. I have heard of business taking advantage of females, and this place is absolutely one of them...I would never recommend this place to anyone. The two men who worked on my windshield were very nice and did a wonderful job in a very timely manner, but it was the guy behind the counter who was very unprofessional, they should never leave him in charge of the business under any circumstance. Horrible work by these guys. They try to fool you and not do a quality, complete, job. The guys arrived an hour and a half late; the main guy (didn't introduce himself) was on the phone and asked for my car keys. I proceeded to go inside as I was eating lunch when they arrived (Late) when I came out, about 30 minutes later, they had finished the job. I looked an saw that the glass, car seats, and floor mat were all greasy and dirty. Upon my complain they proceeded to do a half-ass job of cleaning and left. Next morning when I drove the car, I noticed that the rain and lights sensor cover was loose hanging by the wires. That day it also rained a lot and of course the rain sensor did not work. I also saw that they had put a wad of the glass sealant to hold down this cover. I called them back and they returned a couple of days later. They had left out (and of course didn't tell me) a critical rain sensor hold down gasket which also affects the ability to secure the cover to the glass. The installed this gasket and removed the wad of gunk and the rain sensor then worked fine. I should also mention that when I called them back and asked for someone else to correct this atrocity, the man that answered (Henry) mentioned that this guy is the only installer they have. These guys are cheap becuase they are cheap. read more

My window was smashed during a car break in. Discount Auto Glass sent someone to my home the very same day to fix and I was very pleased with the result. The guy who did the job is named Phillip and he was very pleasant and professional. I could tell he knew what he was doing. In addition, I saved so much money by not going to my dealer as Discount Auto Glass charged me less than half of what my dealer quoted!! Took my car to Discount Auto Glass as I got hit with another rock a continuing problem it seems here in the Houston area. This was a bad one for sure. Dropped by so they could check out the damage and they told me that a new windshield would be smart after this chip. It was a bad one. They ordered an OEM windshield and told me I could come back at lunch to have it installed. I did and it took an hour or so. All the stickers were replaced and it was installed and ready for pick up after lunch. I would recommend these guys as they seem to be straight shooters who just want to take care of your auto glass needs. I plan to come back again but, hopefully I will not have to in the future.
