These guys drive the heck out of all their vehicles (even their flatbed trucks!). I have also witnessed them trying to temp-fix some of their inventory by running seafoam through the engine. If you are in the market for a new vehicle, you would be better off finding a reputable place up the road in Colorado Springs. I wish I could give this place zero stars. I bought a car here about 2.5 years ago and have only been able to drive it for 11 months of that time. Since buying it I've had to replace the starter, the clutch, transmission, turbo, intercooler, radiator, tentioner pulley and belt. One wheel needed a special part to fix a camber issue. The header is cracked and needs to have the exhaust cut off to replace it. And the motor is leaking oil from three different valves. I could have paid off a new car with the amount I've put into this car since they trap you in a loan with no warranty and no lemon laws for used cars. After all this, they are also rude, unhelpful and when we picked up the car after the transmission was done, they left two new dents in the car that are now rusting. I hope someone reads this and saves themselves the nightmare of dealing with this place. read more

I bought a subaru from them and within 1 month it started having issues, 3k worth of work I did myself and another 7k worth of work because of the transmission clutch turbo and intercooler. I picked the car up today after not having it for 6 months, 3 of which were because the communication was awful and have no turn signals or radio (which also had blown out speakers that still havent been fixed because its been impossible to get them to point me in the direction of where to even go to get them fixed, probably because theyll have to pay for it) so its been terrible service all the way around with the exception of the seller who made it really easy for us to get this overpriced peice of trash off of their lot. read more

My bf bought a Subaru from them which they maxed the price out on leaving him with immense negative equity. Sold the vehicle to him claiming it passed safely. The transmission, clutch, turbo and radiator all gave out and needed to be replaced within 3 months of owning the vehicle. He owned it for less than a year and don't even have it in his possession drive-able for 6 months. They refused to do anything to help, warranty didn't help at all either. Dumped about $7k additional into getting it running again to finally sell and get out of our lives. This place is an absolute nightmare to deal with. I bought a 2012 VW Beetle at the end of June. Had to take it back 2 days later due to bad oil leak. They claimed they fixed it, but it still has an oil leak. I had to take it to my own mechanic because the check engine light kept coming on and the oil leak wasn't fixed. Spent $3000 fixing wiring, air intake and the gasket. Drove good for a while and now the car is not drivable because something else is wrong. It was sold to me without a rear view mirror, so they added to the contract that they would get and install a rear view mirror for me, that has yet to happen. We purchased a truck from Dominic (business owner). My parents purchased one from him as well at the same time. Everything seemed OK at that time. On the we owe you owe part of the contract there began to be some misunderstanding on their part. I completed my part same day. Collision and comprehensive insurance, 2 titles, 2 cars, 2 sets of keys. Their section was steering issues fixed, alignment completed, spare tire, new factory hood and grille. They took the truck directly to a tire shop that day to get the front end done. Next day I had to call them to find out they were getting the truck back, alignment complete and no other issues found. Dominic said they had the hood and were finishing it up to install that day and I could get the truck next day with the spare tire. 2 days later I call him, because he never calls, to be told the body shop painted the hood but not to his satisfaction so he told them to strip it and redo it. I felt this was a lie. He said next day it would be ready. I called 3 days later, because Dominic doesn't communicate, and he was unavailable so I spoke to Anthony. Anthony did our financial side when we purchased the truck. He said the hood was dropped from the stand and was dented so he was ordering another, I felt this was a lie. I went that day and picked up my incomplete truck and told them to figure it out. O, and still no spare tire of course. Mind you it's now been almost 2 weeks since signing. I began looking at reviews and discovered discount has a habit of not completing we owes. I called Dominic a few days later, a few times this went on over 2 weeks, and was given excuses. We called and told Anthony we would never buy there again nor refer anyone there. During this time I went to the tire shop to learn Dominic told them to do nothing but alignment. So that's what they did. The truck steering was still unsafe. This is an f250 crew cab diesel mind you. 8000 lbs rolling bordering unsteerable. I went to another shop to discover the lower ball joints were smoked. I'm a long time ase tech and parts guy by the way. I had the ball joints changed and kept the old ones. The steering is fixed AMAZING. I called Anthony and he says the hood is done at the body shop go get it put on on Wednesday 4 weeks later. So I went. I know this body shop well as I've sold car parts in Pueblo for 7 years to every shop in Pueblo County. The owner says, and I quote, "no last Friday is the first I heard about your truck. I ordered the junk yard hood per Dominic. It was painted and ready Monday." Painted badly? Lies. Dropped? Lies. Never even attempted? Truth. The grille was taken from another truck discount owned sitting at the shop. Chrome is bubbled awful. I had it installed being my old one was no longer on the truck. O, still no spare. We called and complained about the grille and ball joint issue and hood was pitted awful. So 5 weeks, I had to fix the steering and pay for it, awful hood, awful grille, no spare. NOTHING THEY PROMISED DONE RIGHT. We call again and they claim the spare was stolen because it was left outside. Not my issue. But then magically a spare is available and ready to be given to me with a jack and tool set. NICE. About time. We set up a meeting with Anthony and discuss their habits of lying to their customers. Of course there is no admission of it despite proving it several times but solution is offered. We show him the bill and he takes a copy to show Dominic, who never calls or communicates or is available for comment, and see if they'll pay the bill. Judge would force it of course because the repair is in the contract. We show him the old ball joints that I still kept if needed for the judge. We show him the grille, Dominic told the body shop I demanded that type so that's was the reason it was messed up, best they could get, I received. I simply said "new factory". All said and done 7 weeks later they paid the bill, gave me a spare, I accepted the nasty hood and they've promised a black plastic grille. We'll see how long that takes. Initial buying process was nice no b.s. or so I thought. A month later the engine is blown from a transmission problem that looks to have started in 2014 at 39,761 miles according the vehicle report I have now. The basic pwi warranty that came with my purchase was worthless and put me way way upside down immediately. I gave Anthony and Dominic both plenty of time to help me a little to get out of this vehicle. All they could do was stay profitable while I'm out double what the cars worth?????? I made my choice to support a local family business. And their response is zero shits for my Family or money that I earn every dollar of at the Steel mill. A knowledgeable, family oriented ,owner/salesman might have spotted things like faulty belt buckles with exposed mechanisms that were recalled.
