Five stars for variety alone! Unfortunately though, they and their distributors don't seem to remove old stock from the shelves. Too many times I've found beers over one year past their expiration dates. Now that I'm paying attention, I won't be shopping here nearly as much anymore. And while they advertise their low sale prices, they don't mention their everyday prices are actually a bit higher than other local stores. Charging more money than at other local shops for expired products is not a smart way to conduct business. If more people pay attention, the store's reputation will not necessarily keep the doors open. Please do better.

The whole thing was not cool just as a by stander watching and if this is how he treats regulars, people should keep driving to the next place.

I walked in, showed them the coins, they checked on a computer and offered me $3.75 each. Done! $4.10 is the most they could get for them - it's a business that must make a profit. $3.75 was very fair. The whole process took about five minutes. The store is clean is well organized.

Usually in connection with some good breweries (3 Floyds) and they have food trucks! Small-ish store but they pack it full. Plenty of choices and more than enough staff around to help with questions and keep checkouts moving.

Otto's Bayside is the best game in town for this neck of the woods when it comes to price & selection. Both Sendiks & Pick & Save offer liquor sales just a few blocks away, but at a premium price. In fact, Otto's regular prices beat the grocers sale prices. The staff is both accommodating & knowledgeable. If they don't have it, they will order it in or find it at one of their bigger stores. Great customer service. Funny story: I wanted to bring back a nice bottle of Don Julio 1942 tequila from my last trip to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. The liquor stores & airport all wanted $120 bucks for the bottle. The price didn't seem like much of a deal regardless of shopping near the source. So, I came home without! I stopped into Otto's upon my return, the same bottle was $98 bucks. What a deal! Thank you Otto's!! The trip to Mexico was still worth it!

Once I found a Montepulciano I was interested in, someone came over from the bar to check me out. I asked him if it was possible to get one of the cheese trays to go, and was told it was no problem. He would ring it up for me and get right on it. He offered me a seat at the bar while I waited, but I was happy just looking at their other wine options. The cheese plate was super tasty, and a really good value at $15. There were four cheeses, grapes, almonds, crasins, and bread. We really liked the selection and were impressed with the size.
