I have never had to wait long here. I am usually in and out within twenty minutes. You can sign up for emails and receive coupons for a future $5/$10 discount. There is other services they provide here like a radiator flush, transmission flush etc., for an additional cost. I would recommend this place and it is the only place in Madera that I know of where you can stay in your car while your oil change is being done. Valvoline has said it is not their fault and will not willingly pay for damages.
