Looked online at their site, comparing prices & availability. Found what I wanted and they even have ID.me for veteran discount. Tires ordered and paid, expected to arrive next morning. They arrived but my appt was still a day away, I called the store and they had availability. When they were installing, they noticed the sticker on 2 of the tires was what I ordered but the tire didn't match, they didn't have these in stock. Ordered a full set of tires for my car. Appointments must be made online, none accepted by phone. Walk-ins only on the phone or at the store. Made an online appointment, took an hour to get it in. Came in to get my tire replaced due to blow out. Ended up having to get a rim as well. Somehow I pick up a tool (needlenose pliers) it was either left inside my tire well I picked it up on the road; anyhow, it put a hole in my rim n my tire. I made an appointment online for 9:15am I drove by yesterday and they were super busy and there were so many people inside and outside so being that it is still Covid ... I don't want to be around too many people. There were 2 people in the waiting area and one just got there before I. She had her spare on and needed to purchase a new tire. The other guy I have no idea what he came in for. I do know that they took my car in prior to the lady that just purchased a new tire. They moved my car in around 9:30am My car was ready to go at 9:42am... Now that is GREAT Fast service!! Would I be back? HECK Yes!! I will continue to make appointments online cause that's the way to go!! My tires are at 6 so with that being said ... I should be back to get new ones around summer or fall. I'm thinking more like fall but at least I have all that time to save up for it and plan for that expense.I'm glad that I may plan for it read more

For more than 20 years, I have ordered new tires from Tirerack online and get them installed at Firestone. Considering the horrible reviews of Firestone around the area and the fact that Tirerack didn't have the tires I wanted in stock, I looked into Discount Tire instead. Their website didn't show the tires in stock either. So I did something people don't really do much anymore, I picked up my phone and called them. You know, to talk to a real person. And yknow what? They found the tires, ordered them for me and shipped them up from California so I could get them installed before a 2 week road trip. This might have been the best experience I have had when purchasing new tires. I got some Michelin CrossClimate2 tires and they were SO much better than my Subaru's factory Firestone tires, it's not even funny. While I was there, I had them also change my windshield wipers, which I normally do myself but it was pretty convenient for them to get it done while they had my car. An hour later, car was ready. Went on a 3,000 mile road trip and hit all kinds of terrain and weather. The ride was amazingly smooth and made it back home safe. I am incredibly pleased with the service, the people and quality of tires I chose. They are very sticky, little road noise and they give me more confidence driving on wet roads. Excited to see what they're like in the snow. (Side note, I was there a week earlier with my wife's car and they fixed a flat for free.) This place will be my go-to for all my tire needs. I wasn't impressed the first visit a few years ago but I gave them another try last week. I needed 4 new tires for my 2003 Toyota MR2 Spyder. They are kind of an odd size. Tires were ordered and arrived in a couple days. They got me in quickly for an appointment to have them installed. The installation was done in 1 hr which included returning the spare to its compartment and installing the anchor and cover. The price was good and exactly as quoted over the phone. I also appreciated that they ordered tires for me over the phone without a deposit. Nice customer service. read more

I noticed my front driver tire kept losing pressure and I would have to add air every couple weeks. I took my car to Toyota of Puyallup to have them check it out. They told me nothing was wrong and that they didn't see any nails/screws. I decided to take my car to discount tire where I had a total 360 experience from Toyota. Alexander helped check me in and provided top tier customer service. Then hector and Nathan worked on my tire. Turns out there was in fact a nail. I was so surprised at the fast and prompt service. There's another Discount Tire closer to my place but I didn't care for their service so I tried this location and am so glad I did. I've been a customer at Discount for years, but this is the first time visiting the Bonney Lake location. I ordered my tires online and made an appointment to get them installed. I was able to get an appointment within 2 days, which was a relief. I went to another tire store in the area that didn't have any tires in stock. It was incredibly busy when I arrived, but I already anticipated it since it snowed lol. I actually knew I needed new tires for awhile, but put it off until the last minute per usual. I was in and out in about 2 hours with an appointment. I wouldn't recommend walking in because you'll probably have a longer wait. My only regret is not bringing my work laptop with me. Called at 8:30 this morning and was giving an 11:30 am appointment time. Checked in at 11:30 am (received a text message saying it was almost my turn). 1 pm rolls around, asked about the appointment and they said I never made one and that when I called I said I was going to look around for a sooner appointment. Which was never the case. They then said that I wasn't even in the system for an appointment even though they scanned my VIN (at 11:35 am) and I received a link to track the status of my vehicle. It's disappointing that they blamed me for the mistakes that were made and didn't take ownership. read more

I've gotten tires changed twice at this discount tire and this last time I needed to do in a hurry and the associates posted on the day that I needed service were quick, responsive, and conversational. I was able to get tires probably 30 minutes within my impromptu visit - before closing. It was a much needed service for my 600 mile trip and Rakeem(?*) was able get the tires I needed quickly. Great customer service every single time I come in, from any given employee - without fail. It can be hard to find now days but they get it. Prices are always better than the competitors. Another great experience at Discount Tire, Bonney Lake WA. Jean's Crown Vic needed new tires so we put the same Nitto Motivo tires that my Crown Vic and daughter's Mazda 6 are wearing on hers. Danny and the crew took great care of us, checking all the existing tires, mounting the best of them on the spare and balancing it for us, and reprogramming the TPMS system. LS will NOT do this! I'm done with Les Schwab! Discount tire is MUCH cheaper and the service is miles beyond Les Schwab. This update is long overdue. Grab a snack - this might be long. So the store took responsibility for this unfortunate event and filed a claim with corporate. Corporate decided they will pay to fix all 4 wheels and order new center caps. Well the repair (some metal shop in Tacoma) was GARBAGE. My wheels were so pitted, and had run marks from the powder coat and the center caps were not ordered from factory, they were ordered off Amazon and the finishes were all different. Not a good repair, but yet again DT took responsibility and wanted to make it right. Yet again. A few weeks later, I had brand new wheels from BMW along with new center caps. It wasn't their fault the Tacoma shop did an awful repair, but it was a 5 week headache for me. Still enjoy working with TJ here and will probably come back. However, I will forever take pictures of my wheels and car before I bring it into any shop again. read more

We recently bought a 2022 jeep wagoneer and wanted a bigger tire and wheel. We ended up at discount tire and spoke with a customer service team member named Evan! Start to finish he was professional, attentive and gracious whenever we came in. He recommended two different tires as one was more for snow and the other was an everyday tire good for all terrain. He listened to us and helped us with getting everything ordered and installed all within two days. We arrived on Monday and after discussing it with my husband we called to order Wednesday. Evan called us as soon as the tires and wheels were in and had everything installed Friday. We were at the store for about twenty min. Afterward he had us return for a verify torch on the lug nuts and off we went. I called back after we left and spoke with his manager Pablo and even he was pleasant and professional. I unexpectedly got a flat tire last Wednesday night on my way home from work and scheduled an appointment for Thursday morning right when they opened. Brandon got me all checked in and told me after they looked over the tire that they would need to order a new one but it would be there that afternoon. When I came back later that day Brian greeted me and got my car in quickly and they had my tire replaced within the hour. The service was amazing! They really made sure to inform me about my tire and why it couldn't be repaired and even showed me what was wrong with my old one.
