I would like to share some concerns about my experiences in the optical department. On several…read moreoccasions, my interactions with Rochelle have felt unhelpful and, many times, passive-aggressive. I've left multiple conversations feeling frustrated, discouraged, and without the information I needed to make informed decisions. In my most recent visit, I explained to Rochelle that my husband had purchased my glasses as a Christmas gift and that I wasn't completely sure if they were bought at Costco, but it was very likely. Earlier that day, I had called and spoken with someone in the optical department who advised me that there were options available either they could look up proof of purchase through my membership or I could pay a fee to have my prescription added to my current eyewear. When I came in later that evening, Rochelle was the only person available. After I explained the situation, her response was extremely rude and implied I was lying. When I asked what my options were, I was told that I did not have any. I shared that I had already spoken with someone earlier and did not appreciate feeling like information was being withheld. I then asked to speak with a manager. A young man that was manager came over shortly after, he said he was unsure how to handle the situation. At that point, I felt uncomfortable and defeated, and decided to leave. Because this has happened more than once with Rochelle, I've started to feel uncomfortable seeking services there, as I worry about having another negative interactions. I value clear, respectful communication and would really appreciate a more supportive and consistent experience moving forward. The store overall is a good experience definitely room for improvement in customer service all around with workers and improvement on better quality items.

Costco Tire center, I took my old 1999 Dodge truck over here to get some new tires, and I asked the…read morecostco technicians what they recommended, they couldn't recommend me anything for my truck. I don't understand, tire center that specializes in tires and even performs other services such as wheel alignment, tire rotation, oil change,etc, but they can't even recommend tires to install on a truck, i've always been recommended tires everytime I go to a tire shop, never once had a run in with a complete "I wont help you with tires", I wouldn't know what tires my truck needs, but you have to do costco's job in deciding your tires, on top of that they literally told me to just go on the internet and just look for my model and tires, it's simple "Any 4 year old could do it". Okay so why couldn't they do it if it's so simple? They also told me "It's your truck so you should know what tires your truck needs, i'm not picking them for you" and stomped off on me. Just to throw this into the mix, my grandson just had another bad experience at the walmart tire center in bonney lake, the technicians we're rude to him and then he asked them if he picked out the right tires and they just said "That's based on the preference of the tires you want, I don't know what you want", I personally won't be going to any store brand tire centers anymore, i'll be be going to a mechanic and asking them what kind of tires they recommend around here, I'll personally avoid the store brand tire centers from now on because their service is obviously junk.

Woman before me water pump needed to be replaced he quoted $1550 about then by the time she agreed to it was only pay $1100 after a series of discounts he just handed her and the price of the part was $400 So my quote also for water pump right after was $400 for part too but then my total was $1700 plus the $200 in diagnostic fee. So my part was the same her car was not an older car that wasn't all computerized but just because mine is bmw he charged me for essentially 6 hours and her 3 hours. And then I called bmw to see how many hours in labor it is maybe I'm just super unaware nope bmw charges 3 hours. So long story short don't take your car here if you drive a bmw or luxury just go somewhere they won't slip in more hours just for fun's.

We were able to easily order the tires we needed for our fifth-wheel. We had to bring the old…read moretires in two at a time to get the new tires put on our wheels because our mechanic couldn't safely remove all four at once. After some initial confusion, they agreed to stay late on Saturday in order to give us time to bring the second set of tires in. They apologized for the initial confusion. Surprisingly, they did not even ask for payment until we were getting the second set of tires.
