I ordered new tires online which were at a great price compared to many shops nearby, they shipped it over to Discount Tire in less than 2 days. They called me back to see if I wanted to wait a week or come in sooner which I opt for. Shorting my time from waiting a week to just 4 days. When I arrived, I can tell they were extremely busy but with the amount of staffs, they were quick on their feet. I got 3 of my tires changed in less than 30 mins! That's a record. I had great service with Discount Tire over the years and now I live in the Seattle area and find out that my partner had bald tires one time when she had no money, went to this store, (20 some years ago) for a flat to be repaired and the store manager would not let her leave until he put a set of new tires on her car. She told them that she could not afford "new tires" But he told her that he could not let her drive away with such bad tires and replaced all her tires with no charge. She has gone back to this store for over 20 years and she and her son as well as myself will be life long customers. No matter what city, we will always buy our tires from Discount Tire. without taking tire of the car and examining it was told tire wasn't repairable, that it's an old car, old rim's, that I have been driving it on low pressure, etc. my fault. White ring is a bad sign and I would need to buy whole new set of 4 tires. Too bad because there's a lot of tred left but no warranty. went down the road to highly reputable tire center and they removed tire to examine and said could fix no problem. Free of charge. I needed tires for awhile now and got up Tuesday mourning got there when it they opened, all in all I was there at 8 and home by 8:30, very nice employees. Get there early or make an appointment because it got real busy by the time I left. I chose Discount tires because it was the most recommended place to go by friends and co workers. They were right. My only issue is they only had one set to chose from. My truck being a common size I thought I would have more of a choice. Of course I could have gone online and ordered them and then gone. Discount tire has great prices and service overall. Some locations are better than others when it comes to honoring appointments and matching prices. The Everett store is one of the better ones. They typically repair punctures for free, and they do it the right way (tire off wheel, surface prepped and patched). I wish they had better selection and availability, if they did I would buy all my tires from them. read more

These guys ah-mazing!!! From the time you walk in, someone greets/acknowledges you. All of the work they plan on doing is explained in detail & they give you an eta on completion time. Review would have been 5 stars, however, on my return to the shop once my wheels and tires were in I found other employees to be less friendly. Ran something over on the freeway that put a good size hole in my tire. Took it Les Schwab to get a flat repair done but they couldn't do it because the hole was too big to patch. It happens. I used to work for Toyota and I personally did flat repairs myself all the time. If we couldn't fix it because of a policy issue, Les Schwab would often patch things we wouldn't even touch. So I knew they were serious when they said they couldn't patch it. Looked around online and found out Discount Tire had my tire in stock next day. I had a question about making an appointment and the person I chatted with online was very responsive and helpful. I made an appointment and went to the store the next day. Had a good customer service experience at the counter. I could tell they were busy, but they still made time for me; not something that happens a lot these days. I was checked in smoothly and got my tire put on in ~25 min. They sent me a link so I could follow the progress of my installation, from start to delivery, which was very helpful. The technician who did the installation even went as far as trying to reset the stubborn tire light that I knew was from a pressure sensor going out. The batteries are at the end of their lifespan and it makes the tire light flash sometimes. The fact that he put the effort in to not only turn it off, but tell me about it was a nice surprise. I worked with a lot of people at Toyota that didn't even give that good of service. Quality employee. If I need tire work done in the future, there's a good chance I'm coming back here. read more

Now after only 41,000 miles they need to be replaced. And that there was no mileage guarantee. They even put the tire on, put the donut back for my daughter, all at NO CHARGE!! My new go to tire store for sure!! Free service as long as it's an easy fix? Who doesn't like that!? I've been here couple of times and they are very friendly and told me the problems I've got with my tire. They also recommend other shops if they can't fix your problem. One problem I have is that Cody kinda didn't know what he was saying. He told me I can only buy this tire that cost almost $300 and he wouldn't recommend the cheap one cause he said it's not "compatible" with my car but when I talked to another dude, he said the cheaper one was fine. First off, I am a loyal customer and have always purchased my tires here. - Right after I purchased set of 4 new tires last year, I had to come back twice for balancing. - I did my first rotate and balance before taking a long family trip. They again did a horrible balancing job, so i had to deal with shaky steering wheel on highway the entire trip. - When I came back and explained why I had to come back for rebalance, the guy at the counter ignored me and gave no response, no apology, no empathy. It was suggested I could stay in the car, so I got a front row seat. The entire crew was hopping. Not a lot of chatter- everyone knew their role and was executing at an impressive pace. There is a God and he lives at Discount Tire in Everett on Evergreen Way in the embodiment of Vince. Long story short, Vince saved my sanity, my tires and my belief in people. My wonderful repair shop, Accurate Automotive, the best place for Hondas in Everett implored me to go to Discount-he goes there. A long time customer of Costco, I went there first but they did not have the four tires I needed nor did Les Schwab. Both told me not to drive, the tires would kill me in a rainstorm(duh, it rains here daily in winter). Just to check it out at the repeated urging of Accurate Automotive, I went to Discount. Unbelievable! First, he said the tires were not bad, he could fix my spare(rated trash by both Costco and Les Schwab) and that my other tires were not dangerous. True, they didn't look dangerous but Costco wouldn't lie would they? Well....in an hour I drove off with the spare restored, faith that my tires were still good and a renewed faith in the goodness of humanity. My old SUV is good for only another thirty thousand miles and so are my tires. Financially, this was a miracle. The story doesn't stop there. Vince heard me, took the time to evaluate my situation and my car. A good salesperson or company rep knows that a good deed will come back. It certainly will here. I love Vince, the company and the latitude they gave an employee to be generous. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Ladies, pay heed to this. This place is awesome. And what makes it awesome is not the proximity to K-Mart, Kung Pao's Chinese Restaurant, or the various meth-heads walking around - it's the employees and the prices. Have you ever been to Everett to people watch? It's great! One time I saw a guy chasing traffic on Evergreen like a dog. Way cool. Anyway... I brought a set of new Harbor Freight Trailer wheels/tires in to be evaluated because they were wobbling worse than a hula dancer on crack as I drove down the road. An employee immediately took them to the balancing machine and ran each one, allowing me to film the results (I needed evidence so I could show Harbor Freight). He rather grimly said, "These cannot be fixed. They're toast." He helped me load them back in the car and I headed on my way towards Harbor Freight in Everett. No charge. No hassle. Yes! I came back with set #2 of Harbor Freight trailer wheels/tires (3 total) and dropped them off with Jason. They were very busy and I said I would just come back in 24hrs. I called the next day and happen to get Jason on the horn. This guy is a straight-shooter! He told me that none of them were great, but that anything he sold me would be very similar as all trailer wheels/tires have a bit of "cheapness" to them. In summary, Jason said he wouldn't feel right trying to sell me wheels and tires because they wouldn't be much better. He said to get some miles on the wheels/tires I had and it should get better. How cool is that? Oh, and they insisted on carrying them to my car and loading them for me. While I'm fully capable of lifting heavy objects, I appreciated this gesture. I'll be back! read more

The guy say it would take 4 hours to figure out what is wrong with it because they have 25 cars before me. Giving these guys 5 stars because they were able to put up with me being so impatient, so indecisive, always calling them etc. I wanted matte black rims and the rims I wanted were backordered, so I had them order another which were in stock, went to check it out, didnt like it. haha! This shop is definitely honest. I dropped my car off here when my front passenger tire shredded. I decided to get the other front tire replaced too while I was there since the tread was low. The new tires were cheaper than any other shop I called. I drove it home to find the front driver's side tire flat. I inflated this tire and followed the mechanic back to the shop and they said they realized they missed that one of the wheels was damaged and that it had actually shredded this new tire. The manager replaced this newly shredded tire for free and gave me 50% off a new wheel. I liked it better that my current wheel and he said he'd give me a discount on the other 3 wheels when I come back to replace the rear tires. Although having to go back was an inconvenience, the fact that the manager was super cool redeemed this place for me. I'll definitely have future business here. read more
