If it's that busy they should let the customer know in advance instead of stringing them along all day long. It was completely disrespectful and we'll never return here again.

Texturally, the cake was not quite as fudgy or moist as a good brownie, but it was an acceptable level for a cake. While changing my oil, Dan and the tech, Nikolai, were able to find some other issues including my brakes, egr valve gasket and camshaft plug. When I walked in, I was greeted by the cutest, sweetest dog and Jose got to work installing the bracket. We had a good conversation - very personable and kind - which I appreciated, and before I knew it, he was done! After we got done talking, I went to pay and he told me not to worry about it. I could not believe he did that and I am so thankful. There aren't many good and kind hearted people left and I truly believe Jose is one of them.
