Shopped all around for tires today, and had almost given up. Almost every place I went to had long wait times, added fees, and salesmen trying to add in additional Services, etc. I know that is par for the course when buying tires, having worked in the business years ago. I was pleasantly surprised when on my last stop at Discount, I was greeted in the parking lot with a handshake. I can be a bit picky about tires, but they were more than patient with me, and showed me several different types and brands. When I mentioned that the local firestone had given me a quote at about 50 bucks less, they price matched it, and did so on tires with a better warranty and reviews. Their team of tire techs was amazing. Instead of one guy working on the car, they had a whole team, that worked fast. The whole process from the time I pulled in the parking lot to the time I left was around 45 mins, maybe less. The shop on 23rd is fairly new, but it is still one of the cleanest I have ever seen. The tech were cleaning the floors, machines, etc. with downtime in between cars. You can watch them working on your vehicle the whole time, which is nice. Every employee I saw seemed to be in a good mood and friendly, despite it being a hot summer day in the middle of the afternoon. I was on vacation in our truck and trailer. I needed my tires rotated so I stopped in as I'm a Discount Tire customer back in the Phoenix area. These guys jumped on my truck and had me out in a half hour!! Every technician I spoke to was very friendly and professional. The gentleman who wrote my work order suggested we visit a local mansion for a tour and the tour was as good as this shop. I'm a Discount Tire customer for a reason...and this is the reason. Great Service! I have been happy with my new tires to begin with, but the service after the sale is the best. I drove up to get my tires rotated and balanced. A representative came out to meet me and took my vehicle in right away. They showed me their waiting room with complementary water and coffee. It did not matter as I got comfortable enough to play around on my phone for a few minutes and they told me I was done and ready to go. All of that was for free by the way. I called on a Saturday morning to make an appointment, and was greeted warmly by the manager. His enthusiasm, and cheerfulness brightened my day so much that I knew, before walking into the store, that I would be welcome. Once at the store, his friendly demeanor created a "mi casa es su casa" (my house is your house) atmosphere. He and his staff were extremely friendly and I could hear them saying "sir" and "ma'am" to everyone they spoke with. You WILL NOT FIND a better service oriented business! They will seriously do all they can to help you with whatever tire issue you have. Sometimes, they don't even sell you the tires they are fixing the problem on. i have 3 vehicles, two of them have tires from DT. i bought the third and found a week later that one of the tires had a slow leak. they took it in and fixed and rebalanced the tire for free. read more

I bought my tires at a Discount Tire store in Colorado I was very happy with the price and the friendly customer service. The warranty and upkeep they provide is awesome and now that I live in Missouri they are still amazing me! I have sent all my friends there and none of them have been disappointed. I made A appointment to have the tire stems and sensors replaced on the back two tires of my BMW. The tire stem caps had fused to them over the winter. I dropped the car off and went to run some errands... When I returned I was told that one of the tires had sidewall damage from driving with improper air pressure. They could not legally put the tire back on for fear of a blowout, liability issue. I would need to buy a new tire as well as the Stamms and sensors. With Money tight it was very upsetting. The young man helping me (Blake) was very nice and could see I was upset, so he gave me a very nice discount on the tire and did not charge me for labor. Which helped with the bottom line immensely. I would like to command him and the management for their respectful and honest treatment of their customers. I cannot recommend them enough and will be using them for all my future tire needs. I would give them 0 stars if I could. I went in for 2 front tires and asked them to simply check the tire in the back that had a slow leak and see if they could patch it. After trying to sale me everything under the sun, they then came back and told me they could not patch my back tire. I told them just to put it back on my car and they informed me that they could not because they ruined it taking it off and now I would have to buy a new one! They refused to replace the tire they ruined. I will never return, I could not believe how I was treated there! read more
