Wonderful service! I had a sort of I'll-get-there-when-I-get-there appointment but nonetheless, my car was in the shop getting tires within ten minutes of my arrival. They worked at it quickly and 30 or 40 minutes later I had all new tires installed and was on my way. Jordan and Mike gave me their complete attention, answered my questions, and got me on my way almost before I even got there! Very professional and smooth operation. My scatter-brained self left an item in the waiting area and I came back 15 minutes later and I ran into Mike outside. He asked politely why I was back, I explained I had forgotten something. "Oh that's yours? It's in my office. I'll go get it." Nice. The fact that my new Michelins took my ride from "cement truck" to "magic carpet" was just icing on the cake! I wish I could give zero stars but I can't. I just went into this store. Made it in before closing but waited to be helped by a guy that was on the phone. I get it, calls have to be answered, so I patiently waited. After the call ended, the guy asked me if I was there for a pickup. I told him I was there to purchase a tire and get it put on. He said they just closed at 6:00 PM and it was 6:02 PM when he got off the phone. I waited around for nothing. It's terrible business to not honor service for someone that made it in the shop BEFORE it closed. I also actively have a flat tire and they could have been paid for quick work. Ridiculous.. I was traveling to visit family over the weekend and my truck was making a noise. Not knowing where to go I pulled into Discount Tire and Jordan came out to the lot and listened to what that noise was, crawled under the truck and said I had a cracked CV axle. This is not something that Discount Tire works on. He recommended a place that was open on the weekend and stayed with me to help describe the issue and made sure I was set with the a repair appointment at another shop before he went back in. Tony never did help us, his coworker came in from the garage to offer us help as Tony continued to chuckle and make plans on the phone with his friends. I'm a car guy and these guys don't talk down to me or brush off my concerns. I ask them to look at the brake rotors and pads while they are in there and it's never a problem. Used to go to Walmart for tires because I travel a lot and want service wherever I might have trouble, but Discount is everywhere now and they do a great job. It seems like I've had the worst luck this year when it comes to tires (that's what I get for getting a used car). But three different times and three flat tires later discount tire in inver grove always goes out of their way to make sure everything goes smoother and as quick as possible. Al the employees their are wonderful. Particularly on this day Nathan was fantastic. He remembered me from the previous times so even expedited my tire change to go quicker for me. After waiting 40 minutes without my car moving from its parking spot , I retrieved my keys and left . Sadly I wasn't a new customer although today's appointment was for just a minor repair. This is a FABULOUS business! Are they the cheapest ever? No. But the service makes up for the few extra dollars buying your tires here might cost you. Today, I walked into their shop at 11:10, told them I needed new tires and needed to be out the door by noon to pick up my kids from school ... they went beyond the extra mile to get my car done and I was out the door with my new tires installed at 11:45! If I ever have a tire issue, I can pull in and they will check and diagnose it quickly (usually without charging me). The staff is always super pleasant to work with and I've never had a problem with the work they've done or having them stand behind the work they've done. I'm tough to impress, but highly recommend this shop if you need tires. read more

Consistently provides outstanding service and does what they say they will. We have had some minor issues with the rims on one of our vehicles leaking air and they were there to support us standing by their product fixing our issue. This past year when everybody and their uncle showed up unannounced due to bad weather showing up they continued to work well past closing time to make sure everyone had the new tires they needed. Sure they made a lot more money that day but they could have also set a cut off time for new customers instead of being there for every one. read more

Nice guys, very friendly. Good prices. I visited this place to get a replacement tire for one they sold me and went flat after a week or so. But they broke my door handle while working on my tire, and kinda went "uhh, this broke" and handed it to me when I showed up to pick up my car. Then they charged me the fee to get a new warranty on my tire they replaces. The handle is still broken so it's a hassle to get into my car now. Thanks guys... read more

Made my appointment last Saturday for installing 4 new tires on my wife's 2014 Jeep Cherokee at 8am on Saturday the 7 th. They called Wednesday afternoon and said my tires where in. They pulled my Jeep in and 4 techs worked together and had me on my way before 8:30, coffee wasn't even done yet. Great job, really nice people, support your local companies. If you need new tires, go to this place! I've tried tires plus for 2 sets of tires before my current set from this location. I never got close to the mileage warranty at tires plus and they flat out lied. Discount tire has great customer service, great prices, no bullshit, and free tire rotations and balancing. As someone who doesn't know a thing about cars/tires, I had a great experience at discount tire. In the past when I have went to other places to get car work done, I have always felt like I was getting taken advantage of since I didn't know a thing. Here at Discount, they were honest with me and didn't try upselling me on anything. The man I delt with was very upfront and honest. I do suggest making an appointment if you are looking at going after work (5pm) as it did seem to be somewhat busy. But, I was in and out in 30 minutes with two new tires. this place Is awesome, they provide excellent service, I ordered 4 tires for my SUV and they called me when it got delivered, I made and appointment to get it installed and I totally forgot about it, they called me and had no problem rescheduling me, the young man that helped me was Jordan and he was a very nice person, he even printed out a rebate that was for the tires I purchased and I did not know about it and helped me figure out how to get it filled and submitted, great customer service and I will recommend to all my friends. read more
