I…read morebrought in a Vossen HF-5 (Matte Gunmetal) for a curb rash repair, and it was a disaster from start to finish. Technical Failure: They failed the color match twice. They used a satin finish that didn't match the finish of my other wheels. The tech actually claimed he "matched the center cap," which is a different material and color than the wheel face, and told me the paint "needed time in the sun" to change texture. Safety Issue: After the second attempt, the paint chipped immediately, causing a leaky tire. When I called to report this, the receptionist said chipping paint wouldn't cause a leak, which isn't accurate when the chip is on the bead seat. Avoidance & Dishonesty: I called on Monday and was told the manager, Sylvester, would call me back. I waited a full day and never heard a word. I eventually had to call corporate just to get the GM Sal's number to get any movement. The Interaction: When I finally went in for a refund, I ended up speaking directly to Sylvester. He claimed he never called me back because he was "working nights," even though the staff had confirmed he was on-site during the day when I originally called. I accepted the refund because I no longer trust this shop's honesty or technical ability. If you have a high-end vehicle or aftermarket wheels, save yourself the headache and go to a specialist who actually knows what they are doing.

I came to this shop because it was advertised as being open 24 hours, and I needed a tire repaired. Before arriving, I was told the price to plug my tire would be $15. Simple enough--I had a screw in the tire and specifically wanted it plugged. Once I arrived, the experience completely changed. There was little to no customer service, no proper greeting, and very little communication. After looking at my tire, instead of simply performing the repair I was quoted, they began trying to convince me that I needed to purchase a different tire. When I refused because I knew exactly what service I was requesting, the price for the plug suddenly started changing. They went from the original $15 quote to trying to charge me an amount that was getting dangerously close to the price of a used replacement tire. At that point, it became very obvious to me that the goal was no longer to provide the $15 repair I was quoted--it was to pressure me into spending more money. For the record, I am a mechanic myself, and I know the difference between a tire that can legitimately be repaired and one that cannot. I also understand when a tire should NOT be plugged or repaired. I wasn't asking them to perform an unsafe repair. I was asking them to provide the service they originally quoted me for. Then things got even worse. When I continued pushing back, the owner walked away and began manipulating the screw that was already in my tire, seemingly attempting to alter the situation and make the puncture appear worse than it originally was. I immediately told him to stop. I was not going to stand there and allow someone to manipulate my property in an attempt to justify charging me more money. I told them to stop the games, put my tire and rim back on my vehicle, and I would gladly take my business somewhere else. And that's exactly what I did. I drove approximately four minutes to another tire shop, explained exactly what happened, and they repaired the tire for the ORIGINAL $15 PRICE I was quoted. So no, this wasn't a situation where the tire simply couldn't be repaired. Another shop immediately completed the repair for the exact amount I was originally told. That experience completely destroyed my confidence in this business. CONSUMERS: PAY ATTENTION If you're going here, get the price in writing before they touch your vehicle or your tires. Don't allow anyone to pressure you into buying something you didn't come there to purchase. And if the price suddenly changes after they have your vehicle in the bay, stop and reconsider. A reputable business should be able to: Honor the price they quoted you. Clearly explain why a repair cannot be performed if that's genuinely the case. Give you the option to leave without manipulating your property. Treat customers with basic courtesy and professionalism. Be transparent about pricing instead of changing the price once the customer is already there. I gave this business an opportunity to earn my money and potentially become a place I could recommend to other people. Instead, they lost my business permanently. I went somewhere else, got the exact repair I originally requested, and paid the exact $15 I was quoted. I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion before spending money here, especially if you're being pressured into purchasing a tire when you originally came in for a simple repair. My experience was extremely disappointing, and based on what happened to me, I will never return to this shop. 1 star because zero stars wasn't an option.

Luckily for me, Exclusive Mobile Tire Service came up in my search and I gave them a call. While on the phone I sent a picture of my tire. They were able to distinguish what size tire I needed. They lmk the brand I had wasn't available until Tuesday and asked if I was okay with using another brand. I was able to make it safely to my destination. Sent my location and it literally took them less than 10 minutes to remove and replace my tire. They went above and beyond letting me know my other rear tire was in jeopardy of popping and they were able to squeeze me back in, returning within an hour to change out my other tire. It was a very smooth and painless process. I HIGHLY recommend this business.

Without our authorization, the shop added brake fluid, claiming the brake pedal went to the floor when they moved the truck into the bay. This was never discussed with us beforehand, nor were we given the opportunity to approve or decline the work. More troubling, within about a mile of leaving the shop, we experienced a complete brake failure. This created a dangerous situation that should never occur after a vehicle has just been serviced. When we contacted the owner, he claimed he had informed us there was a brake shop next door if we needed further service. That statement is simply not true--no such information was provided. While the original issue was fixed, the lack of communication, unauthorized work, and the safety risk we experienced afterward are unacceptable. We strongly recommend others proceed with caution and ensure all work is clearly authorized and explained before service is performed.

I damaged my wheel and needed a repair. Initially, the service was friendly and repairs were made pretty quickly. However, after getting the keys back to my vehicle, I noticed 2 SCRATCHES on the side of both my white driver and passenger door, which I'm pretty confident were not there beforehand since I had just personally hand washed my car the day before. I made the sales clerk aware and he alerted the owner who never came outside to see the damage to my car. Instead, he reviewed a 28 minute video of my car in their hub, several feet away and aggressively determined that they could not have made the damage. Meanwhile, my car had been there for 2 hours. THE OWNER HAD NO RESPECT, never apologized for the mishap and when I politely asked for an amicable resolve HE DEMANDED THAT I LEAVE -THEN THREATENED TO CALL THE POLICE. Being a business owner myself, I was totaled shocked and confused. After I called the police, he still never came outside to see the damage or to truly address the issue. He let a female clerk (possibly his wife) talk to police, who was just as rude and one sided as well. I CAME HAPPY TO HAVE MY WHEEL FIXED, BUT LEFT WITH PAINT DAMAGE AND EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED IN THE WAY THEY HANDLED THIS ISSUE. They installed the wrong parts, parts I didn't need, one part was installed incorrectly, defective parts, some of the work made the problem worse. I got excuses including high mileage etc., and finally was told they didn't know what else they could do. I had thousands of dollars invested and didn't just want to throw it away. I took my car to another shop, which is how I learned it was entirely fixable, because when they took out all the work Weaver did and replaced the parts that were wrong and installed other parts I needed and when they finished, the car was perfect. I am more sorry than anybody that it didn't work out the first, second, third or fourth time going to Weaver because it cost me a lot of money. I know most people have had good results with Weaver. I did too for about 40 years, but I was told by a manager on my fourth visit, "I don't know what else we can do."

The lack of integrity here is very disappointing, and I cannot recommend their service anymore.
