I appreciate them doing a courtesy inspection on my car each time it is in, they never have made me feel pressured to do any additional work unless I wanted it done. I've been here a few times now, including for oil changes. Each visit I know I am in good hands. They even offer a courtesy vehicle and will drive you where you need to go. They might be priced higher than some surrounding shops, but the service you receive is quality.

This last time I thought I had an oil leak, they took the time to put me on their schedule, checked it out completely, explained what they did and the conclusion they came to, and in this case they found no leak at all. After the mechanic took a look at it, he couldn't figure out the issue and said I would need to take it to a GM dealer. Turns out the mechanic found some wires he had no idea what they were and cut them out. These wires were part of the after market remote start that was installed by another shop. I brought this concern to the shop manager and he said they wouldn't charge us for "looking at it" but they weren't going to fix anything. We were also told that the mechanic who worked on it doesn't work for him but rather works behind the shop. So not only did I pay to tow it to the shop, I had to pay to tow it to a GM dealer to fix the mess they had made cutting the wire harnesses and then pay another $1000 to install a new remote start system all cause they were incompetent, shady and screw people over. I will give them credit for making it look like they were being nice and not charging us to look at it but really they were making sure they couldn't be held liable cause with no charge, no official service was provided and according to the shop it was taken to the mechanic who worked on it "doesn't work for them". Please do not put yourself in that position to be screwed over or taken advantage of and ripped off by OFALLON GARAGE when there are other reputable shops like AUTOTECH or LENS or LTS or MEYER AUTOMOTIVE in the area.
