After the experience I had with another Big O Tires location, I was honestly defeated, disappointed, and scared. The previous shop [on baseline] had worked on my vehicle but did not resolve the issue. They also did not want to continue working on it or help me with replacing the battery. My oil change wasn't taken care of, my tires weren't checked or filled with air, and I didn't even receive a courtesy inspection after $4,000 in repairs. What made the situation even more frightening was that the very next day ( after picking up my vehicle), while I was driving to work, my car stopped in the middle of the highway. As a woman by myself, that was an incredibly scary experience. I trusted that my vehicle had been taken care of, and finding myself stranded on the highway was something I never want to experience again. The reason for the 2 stars is that they lost my wheel lock for one of my tires. I only found out when I got a flat in a different area and that tire shop told me I was missing one. They even gave me an xtra replacement and checked everything to make sure they were tight, apparently 2 were loose. How can anyone feel safe at a tire shop that treats your car like this?
