I can't say enough good things about this location. The staff, especially James, were a big help. I came to the business with a flat tire after over an hour wait in the hot sun on the side of the road, waiting for AAA to put on my spare. There were 14 customers ahead of me. They could fix the tire that Friday but I was due to be out of the city and so they offered to hold the vehicle for me over the weekend until Monday, storing it safely in their bay each night. They fixed my flat for free, was totally professional and provided me with regular communication on the status of my vehicle. Also if needed they could have ordered my tire and have it in the next day unlike the dealer, which wouldn't get the tire in until Monday afternoon. read more

Take my car in for tires made an appointment as I always do this is the second time in a row that my appointment was disregarded and I had to sit in the lobby for over an hour just to get two tires put on my car. I made an appointment so when I dropped off my car, it was a pretty quick process. I was told it would be done within 45 minutes. I let them know I would be going next door for something to eat. They confirmed my number and said they would text me. They never texted me so after 50 minutes I went back over and my car was ready. I paid quickly and was on my way. I got 2 new tires. No problems. FAST! The man at the tire pressure check station was very friendly and helpful, he helped me determine that one of my tires may have a nail in it. He told me I can pull up to the front and go inside to get it fixed. I was a little shocked because usually when I go here (at a different location) they're always booked up for hours, and this was only an hour before they closed. Once inside, I was told it would take about 45 min to get it fixed. It ended up getting fixed in 25 min. I had to leave it parked in a neighborhood that wasn't mine, and on top of that, I was very short on money. I went to Discount Tire to get a replacement that their website said was in stock, but when I arrived, it turned out they didn't have it. I was ready to wait until the next day, but they offered me a loaner tire so I could get my car safely out of the neighborhood. That one small act made a huge difference. Waited3 hrs for them to just switch the tires out and no information about why the other tire was still leaking. Damaged all 4 of my brand new 22" DUB wheels and refuses to replace them I brought my truck here with a set of brand new 22" wheels to get rebalanced. While the "tech" was removing the old wheel weights, he scratched every single one of my wheels. These wheels had less than 50 miles on them and ruined the finish on them. My guess is that they just used a screwdriver to quickly scrape the old wheel weights off. This isn't the proper way. I spoke with the store manager Mike Rinaldi who told me that I couldn't prove that they caused the damage. I showed him a receipt that I had just received the wheels from a high end custom shop in town. After that he offered to replace 1 of the 4 wheels that they ruined for some reason. This isn't an acceptable resolution as they literally damaged all 4 brand new wheels. Some are worse than others but they are all scratched or gouged in one or more places. Don't bring your vehicle here if you care about it. They refuse to be held accountable for their mistakes and it will cost you a lot of money out of your own pocket. I called and was told the wait was 90 minutes. I walked in 3 minutes later to find out it was 2 hours. I made it very clear that I was in a rush as well as needing it done by the time I got back 2 hours later. I was ensured that it would not be a problem I checked in and left for a little over 2 hours, only to find that nothing had been done. My car got a flat on Friday afternoon. AAA came and put the spare on. Took the car to Discount Tire on Saturday. Left it and they texted when it was done. Picked it up. The guy at the counter handed us the locking lugnut key that should have been put back where they got it. I went to put it there and found the spare just sitting in the trunk. Loose parts from your car and switch parts and play dumb, blame you like you are lying Give you push back about using your road hazard warrant and will question you to get you to say what they need to hear to tell you " No, can't warranty that" but I can sell you a new set of tires. I pulled into this Tire Discount without an appointment on a Saturday and they were able to work me in to their busy schedule. I was extremely appreciative of the fact that they kindly took care of me. They were not generating business from me because I bought my tires from a different Discount Tire store, so the repair to my tire was free. I was very happy with how attentive my repair-person was. The salesperson told me about how long I would have to wait and I didn't wait any longer than that. They took the time to show me what caused the issue with my tire before repairing it. I have been coming here for five years and they have always been awesome. One of the things I like the best is how professional and simultaneously down to earth the employees make the place. I can always count on them to ask me how my day is going and likely hear a story about recent happenings with their families. It's a really nice level of connecting. I always come to this location, and I always leave with a smile. It helps that it is close to my parents place, so, I can always grab a cup of coffee with pops while they work on my tires. I recommend choosing this location if you have a few to choose from in a few mile radius. In that same token, though, they have moved around some of my favorite managers to other locations, so, maybe you'll get lucky.
