Pretty straight forward great deal came to big O cause Midas around the corner tried to rip us off, big o even takes video of work being completed. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Even got free coffee[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Blown tire knocks out plate covering the electrical system in a RV. Wires wrapped around the wheel and axle.

Owners Bought 5 tires with warranty for a trailer. Drove the trailer 5 times short distances in AZ. Few months out of paid warranty 2 tires exploded on one trip local causing the entire electrical system to cover to be exposed and ripped apart by the tire. They obviously were defective tires or retreads sold as new. We were stranded on the side of the freeway in a dangerous situation. Big O didn't care. Won't replace defective tires or repair the damage it caused to the RV. We are in the extended time warranty up to 5 years and that should cover it but management finds it easier to say no. Discount Tire stands behind their products but not Big O.

My experience with Big O Tires was incredibly disappointing. I brought my Honda in for what I believed would be routine repairs, including motor mounts and a radiator replacement. Unfortunately, it quickly became evident that the technicians lacked the necessary expertise for the job. Upon receiving my car back after the repairs, I immediately encountered transmission issues. Despite assurances from Big O Tires, the transmission began malfunctioning the very next day, exhibiting erratic behavior. Seeking assistance, I returned to Big O Tires for a diagnosis, only to be met with incompetence and excuses. Their inability to identify the root cause of the issue was evident, and their proposed solutions were both costly and uncertain. The situation took a turn for the worse when my transmission failed completely as I left Big O Tires after requesting an inspection to determine why my car was not functioning properly following their repairs. This left me stranded on the highway; I had to call roadside assistance for a tow. Frustrated and desperate for answers, I sought the opinion of a seasoned mechanic with over 40 years of experience. He came by and spent 2 hours inspecting and went over with me what will cause this to happen so suddenly and pointed out how badly the radiator was done, clear to see someone who did not know what they were doing did the work on my car. His assessment was clear: the transmission failure was a direct result of Big O Tires' negligence, specifically, the use of incorrect transmission fluid after the radiator replacement. This oversight could have been avoided had they used the appropriate fluid for my Honda. Furthermore, their failure to acknowledge the glaring errors in their workmanship is concerning. The shoddy radiator installation, noticeable to any trained eye, was completely overlooked on both occasions, despite my concerns raised after the initial repairs. Adding insult to injury was the dismissive attitude displayed by the staff, including William at the front desk. His claim that he would not let my car leave in such condition raises serious doubts about their inspection process and attention to detail. In response to these failures, I have lodged a complaint with the BBB and am considering legal action to hold Big O Tires accountable for their incompetence and disregard for customer satisfaction. Save yourself the hassle and avoid Big O Tires at all costs. Their incompetence and dismissive service are unacceptable. Posted this to a neighborhood app and so many people have come out the woods with similar bad experiences, definitely steer clear of this place, they clearly don't know how to work on cars very well and if they break yours they will not help to fix and point the finger elsewhere.

Bad customer service. This was a few hours after they opened the shop.

I don't usually take the time to write long reviews, but this experience absolutely deserves it…read more I recently visited Wheel Specialists, Inc., and had the opportunity to work with Gary, the General Manager. What stood out to me was the level of professionalism, character, and leadership Gary demonstrated throughout the entire interaction. There was a very slight misunderstanding regarding the services believed to have been paid for. Now, let's be honest--situations like that can go sideways very quickly. Most places get defensive, frustrated, or even confrontational when a customer believes they're right (even if they might not be entirely correct). I've seen it happen many times. Gary was the complete opposite. Instead of reacting emotionally or becoming demanding, Gary handled the situation with an incredible level of humility and grace. He calmly asked thoughtful questions, took the time to truly understand where I was coming from, and created an environment where the conversation felt respectful and productive--not tense or uncomfortable. That alone is rare. What impressed me even more was his patience and kindness throughout the entire process. There was zero ego involved--just a genuine desire to get clarity and make things right. You can't train that. That's character. Because of the way Gary handled this situation, it completely changed my perspective--not just about the business, but about how powerful it is when someone leads with professionalism, respect, and emotional intelligence. I actually walked away learning something from him. That says a lot. It's very clear why Wheel Specialists, Inc. has Gary in a leadership role. People like him are incredibly valuable to any organization. He represents the company at a very high level, and his approach to customer service is something more businesses should strive for. If you're looking for a place that does high-quality, scratch-free wheel work AND treats customers with respect and professionalism, this is it. And if you get the chance to work with Gary, you'll understand exactly what I'm talking about.

I took my vehicle to Discount Tire to get four new tires. The young attendant stripped my locknut…read morekey by using a torque gun instead of a hand socket wrench. Discount Tire said there was nothing they could do, leaving me without a resolution on how to get the wheel off. The Lincoln dealership also couldn't assist, and I was sent to four different locations across the valley, including some specialists, but none were successful. Some attempted unsuccessfully, while others suggested welding off the bolts, with no guarantee of the cost or damage. After exhausting every resource in the area over a week, I contacted a friend who owns CMH Auto in Niagara. Phil found the situation ridiculous and offered to help, but it meant driving four days with three worn tires with 55,000 miles on them, a risk I couldn't take. As a last resort, teary-eyed, I pleaded with the service manager, Dave Sleater, at Wheel Specialists to see what he could do. He asked me to leave it with him, and my wife and I took an Uber home. Within the hour, he called to say it was done, and the relief I felt was incredible. After a week of frustration, I finally found my savior. When I went to pick up the vehicle and expressed my gratitude to Dave, I noticed his two cut knuckles. He said he did the work himself--it wasn't easy, going through four sockets and scraping his knuckles a few times. I've never experienced such incredible service and felt such elation because someone had the heart to help someone in dire straits. I am forever grateful.

Ron's Tire is the definition of honest, no-pressure service…read more I switched to them about a year ago after getting tired of the attitude I was receiving from another shop--and I'm so glad I did. Today really confirmed it. I found out my tires were wearing out at just 24,000 miles. When I went back to the place I bought them, the first thing I was told was, "You didn't buy the warranty." What they meant was an additional warranty--completely brushing past the fact that there's still a manufacturer's warranty. Then I was told it would be a 2-3 hour wait just to have someone look at them. Frustrated, I went straight to Ron's and talked with Tom. Within minutes, he clearly explained the difference, confirmed the manufacturer warranty, and was upfront about what he could and couldn't do since he didn't sell me the tires. And then--without any pressure--he went above and beyond and adjusted my new tire quote to help offset the situation. That kind of integrity is rare. At Ron's: They listen They take the time to check things properly (even test drive) No upselling, no games--just honest advice This is how a business earns loyalty. Ron's Tire has mine!!!!!

I came back later because my fob was acting up, and they checked it throughout the entire day trying to figure it out. Turns out my cute little bedazzled push-button accessory was blocking the connection. They took it off for me for free and walked me through everything without rushing or brushing me off. They asked questions, listened to every detail, and genuinely cared about helping. I feel so much better knowing I finally have an auto shop I can trust. 1000/10 recommend.
