I explain to the guy that the valve stem is leaking, he tells me we don't use those valve stems, we use rubber ones. I explained that I just bought the tires from him 2 days ago & they didn't leak when I brought it in. So it's $15 more for a rubber valve stem. Really fast and nice service. They really have good programs for their tires check, fixes and rotation. With the program I choose, I can rotate my tires, got free inspection and a free fix/change at a good frequency. But what I like the most too is that they email you the reminder. It makes me way easier for me and I don't have to keep track of it. They are fast and all the employees I spoke to were nice and welcoming. Even if I was coming during a rush hour (at least 15 people inside), I didn't wait to check in, they were available for me right away. I have been coming to this location for years and always had exceptional service. That is until today...but in the end still great service. I purchased 4 55000 mile tires less than a year ago. This morning I awoke with a flat tire. I always purchase the warranty on the tires, so I expected that I would receive a new tire and be in my way. NOPE! A young gentleman named Will went out and took a very long time inspecting the other rear tire which had no issues. I was upset that this was taking so long and because the tires were newer, did not want the song and dance about buying new tire- just please fix the blown one. But to my surprise, both rear tires had worn and at an increasing rate and needed to be replaced. Which is very strange since it is a front wheel drive car. The on site process was easy, straight forward, and transparent. I value all of the team members and managers who helped me. The product and service I received was fine. It's the rebate offer I have an issue with. I was to receive a MasterCard loaded for 10% of purchase price. My card came and was loaded with only 4.9%. We've traveled across the country from the south all the way to Niagara Falls and one of my travel trailer tires needed to be changed out immediately, and they STILL took us in, even when we arrived with 10 minutes to spare. My wife and I had tires install on all of our daily driving cars at Discount Tire stores at Albuquerque, New Mexico stores because the customer service had been pretty strong almost every time. The only issue I ever recall was when they lost 3 of my center caps on my 1992 Saab 9000 Griffin wheels when I had my tires rotated on a visit when living in Albuquerque. Every other time has been an enjoyable and smooth experience with staff being friendly, knowledgable and helpful with good atmosphere. The complimentary coffee and water help too! So, when we moved to the Cleveland, Ohio area we wanted to find a Discount Tire nearby, and we found one in Macedonia, Ohio! These guys have not disappointed at all and I would say these guys are top notch in terms of customer service, organization plus the atmosphere is very relaxed!
