He fixed my audio for $6, it was a blown fuse, that's it. The northfield tire "pro" told me my entire audio system computer needed replaced. I saved between $494-994. These people are either completely incompetent or blatantly scamming their customers out of hundreds to thousands of dollars. Do not under any circumstances go here. Ever. The only star is for Mike, he adjusted the price after the team working on my tire and trying to charge me, without ever confirming it with me, let alone discussing price. I wouldn't trust these folks babysitting a rock. Better luck, literally anywhere else.

They eventually realized they couldn't do the alarm upgrade without needing to keep my car for a couple more days which wasn't doable. The radio install was horrible. Distorted sound right off the bat. The owner corrected the guy who installed it and had him make an adjustment which the owner pinpointed in a matter of seconds. The install guy was clueless and needed coaching. They broke several clips off my dashboard and left it loose. I went back to get it handled and waited about 20 mins. I was told they would have the clips ready to repair my dashboard and when I showed up I was told they would have to "make something" to repair my dashboard. Then I got the run around and eventually got tired of waiting and told them not to worry about it and I would handle it myself. They seemed relieved to not have to talk to me about their "work". I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody.

Just prior to my husband's passing, he noticed a tire pressure warning light but he was unable to fix it or get to Fuerst for help. Today I drove our car for the first time since my husband died. I drove to Fuerst and with my cane hobbled to the front door to find that it was closed. As I got into my car to leave, Mike came out the front door to ask what kind of help I needed. I was in tears due to circumstances, apologized and explained. Mike offered condolences and even though they were closed, he told me to pull up and he would check my tires. Mike was so gracious, patient and kind. He properly inflated all 4 tires and said if the warning light returns to come back on Monday. As a family owned business, Fuerst Automotive continues to prove how much it values its customers and cares about the community. Mike is a prime example of that excellence. I don't know of many businesses that would've reached out when closed to help someone during a difficult time. I wish I could give Fuerst 10 stars because they deserve it.
