When you wake up on a Monday morning in a really bad mood because you are on your way to work and have a flat, anyone that can make that expereince painless and pleasant is well deserving of 5 stars!!!! This location is always fast, efficient, friendly, and reasonable. Once you buy tires from them they always do basic flat fixes for free. They also rotate and inspect for free. At this point I'm regretting my decision to switch from Big-O to Discount Tire. Yes, their prices were lower and yes, their sales staff are very helpful and friendly. I am sitting in the lobby trying to get a warranty repair looking at my car sitting in the same spot I left it over 2 hours ago. Still hasn't been fixed. This is getting ridiculous. What good is a warranty if you can't get it done in a timely fashion? For a simple tire repair, Big-O always had me in and out in under 30 minutes. Don't believe the hype. This place has horrible customer service. I needed a tire replaced and of course I get hassled above and beyond what I needed. No, I don't want three tires. So, I give the keys up bright and early at 8:00 and not only does it take up until 4:30 pm - I had to call multiple times to get updates on my car. A tire should NOT take a whole 8 hour shift. How about courtesy calls when the vehicles ready? It's also helpful to mention the large amount of unqualified employees standing around. You'd imagine such labor could be used to improve customer service but no. That's asking too much. Don't be surprised if you come in for an appointment and leave with more issues than when you had initially arrived. Very sleazy work Discount Tire! read more

My visit was on September 21, 2018, the initial phone call went smoothly. However, once I arrived to have my worn out, badly splitting passenger rear tire replaced, that's when all communication was cut off. Given it was a Friday and there was a line of people I was not told how long the repair would take. I saw many people arrive after me and leave before me, I can only assume they were appointments but even so, an update would have been nice. I noticed the mechanic on the wrong side of my car, so I addressed my concern with Steve and he stated it was routine for them to check all tire pressures. Finally, my car is brought out and first thing I notice, the damaged tire is still on the car and the driver rear tire was changed instead! In that moment I was very disappointed and upset. I waited 2 hours patiently for something that took 20 minutes! Is there no communication between staff, does a supervisor or manager not look over requested services before the car is returned to their owners? I will not be returning here, there's a lack of communication and organization. Rushing cars in and out like these guys did resulted in a mistake that could have been an accident for me on the road. read more

First visit went well, Jaz was very quick getting his team to patch my tire so I could pick up my child in time. Ended up buying 4 new tires for a later date. Scheduled appointment to get my new paid for tires put on.... that's where it all went wrong. Showed up to the scheduled apt, waited 30 minutes, saw my car had not been moved from the parking lot. At that point I asked the assistant manager how long it would take - explained very nicely if it was going to longer than 30 more minutes I would reschedule, no big deal. Assistant manger then told me that he didn't know but his time would be better spent LOOKING FOR MY TIRES BECAUSE HIS GUYS CANT FIND THEM. Fast forward 20 minutes, tires have been found And they're now on my car. I was in a rush to leave as I had a meeting, get home, realize my black (expensive) rims are completely f****. These guys took care of me on a Labor Day weekend and didn't charge me because they already have my business for my other cars and trailers. read more

I was sent to this location from the rude one down the street. The guy quoted me and sent me on my way. They wouldn't use the roadside warranty I had on the tires because they were too warn! That shouldn't have mattered! They were not down the the wear bar! But the manager said he would break me a good deal when I came back in this week to get the other 2 tires done!! So we shall see. Went in to have my new tires checked out. I bought them at Discount Tire about 3 mo ago, just 2 for the front on my truck, and they were balanced then. Truck wasn't driving right, so Justin said he would check it out. They rebalanced all 4 wheels even tho I bought only the 2 front from them. I spoke to Michael on the phone who was polite, and helped is out. By the time we got to discount tire it was 6:30. All the employees were fantastic and we nice enough to help us out. We walked out with 4 brand new tires at a very reasonable and affordable price. They went out of their way and after hours to make sure my sons car was safe to drive and never once complained that it was after hours. These guys rock!!!' Can't say enough about Discount Tire. They are always so respectful and never talk down to me because I'm a girl. They explain everything and are always so helpful. I came in for a blown tire and I was so worried about the cost of replacement. I found out the tire I had was discontinued and was worried the cost of getting a different one. Mark was so kind he told me I was covered and that he would waive the fee for the new tire. I was so thankful. I have always had such good experiences with this company. AMAZING SERVICE! I pulled in 13 minutes before closing with what I thought was low air in my tires. It so happened to have a HUGE nail in the side of it. I went in to buy 4 tires for my sedan. There was a little hiccup and after I came to pick up my car, I was told that only the 2 front ones were installed. James was very gracious in handling the minor setback, made the adjustment that had to be done, and I had 4 new tires very quickly. I was just here last weekend for new tires and had an estimated wait time of about 2 hours. While I was waiting I overheard another customer that came in after me talking on the phone saying she didn't feel like waiting 2 hours and felt that was ridiculous so she went and complained and they bumped her ahead of us that were there before her. As I continued waiting I noticed that most of the customers had all checked in after me. And I was one of the last customers to leave.
