Looking for 16 inch tires for my minivan. Wanted to spend under 600 bucks for tires and alignment. The options I was seeing at other places were off brands, 45-50k tires. Big Brand had a buy 2 get 2 offer. It was only good on higher end tires, but I ended up settling on a set of 80k Nexens. The price was amazing for tires, but you had to buy alignment and road hazard through them. The price ended up a little over 600, but it was way better than I could find on comparable tires from anyone else, So I called in. The front desk lady took about 20 bucks off, making the deal even better. They ordered the tires and had them ready to install same day. I show up and they knock another 20 bucks off. That never happens. Usually the price goes UP when you get to the desk. They got the tires on and the alignment done in a little over an hour. No fuss, no runaround. I get back, van is ready, and my ride is super smooth and comfortable again. And listen, when I tell you they work to save money, I told them I was considering two different tires and asked which they'd suggest. They suggested the cheaper one, said there wasn't much difference. I chose the more expensive one and they made the price lower anyway. I am super pleased with this place. I will recommend them to anyone who asks from now on. read more

After a few months of going back and forth and being ignored by the District Manager. I reached out to a friend that works with the channel 3 on your side team. They gave us some pointers, first was to file a claim with the BBB and send one more email to the CEO. A few days later I received a call from the director of operations who was very polite. We explained everything we have been going through and what we had done so far. He offered to pay for the repairs and reimburse us our out of pocket expense for a rental while the vehicle is out of service. We are in the middle of that process now. I also advised the director of operations that their company on AZ has an (F) rating with the BBB. Every store in AZ has an F rating with the exception of 3 in Tucson that have C- ratings. After dealing with the local managers and District Manager I can see why now. I'm not sure why the director of ops has to do their jobs but I think there will be some changes within that company. Called in to get a quote on a right control arm repair and they quoted me at over $400, claiming the part alone was $250. Low and behold, I call the shop my family recommended, Honn Auto, who said the part was only $165 and quoted me at $250 max for the part and labor, PLUS a 5 year warranty. Please stop arbitrarily over-charging women. We're not as dumb as you think. read more

Hit a curb tire went flat. AAA came to put my tiny spare on. Knowing I can't drive home on the freeway with my little tire on I headed to my home in East Mesa via Baseline. I saw this place just past Lindsay and turned in. Never been here before but they treated me like I've been there 100 times. Nice Job! I told them my dilemma and they said no problem we can get that done in like 30 minutes. Chatted with the manager and another customer who was in there getting service. Very nice. As I waited it was close to closing time and 2 others came in with tire issues and without hesitation the manager said..we can help you with that right now if you have time to wait?"I Bottom line is it was friendly, convenient , inexpensive and a great price for fixing a tire. Been coming to this shop for work on our family's cars for well over a decade. Though the name of the shop has changed (used to be Purcell), the service remains great. Tires, maintenance, diagnosing issues, replacement parts, etc., they do it all, and they do it well. Never had an issue throughout all these years with any work that they've performed on our vehicles. Our family has cars that date back to the 80s, 90s, as well as modern vehicles as well, and everything is always done the right way with a focus on quality.
