The business has to take the EmKay account I have been taking my car to Big Brand Tires in PHX. And after numerous times taking to Big Brand over the years and having issues with them, i decided to look for another mechanic. I sent a friend to get here to get an alignment after buying 4 tires. Cody took the van to check it out after shaming her for buying tires from Discount Tire. Telling her she has no warranty...Cody came back and explained that the axcel is failing and the drivetrain needs to be replaced. He then started with scare tactics. Then gave her an estimate for $4800. She called me really upset. I talked to Cody. He said the axcel was leaking oil and it needed to be parked until repaired because the steering could fail. He handed the phone back to my friend. He went to get the van while we made a plan to have my husband look at it...He is a mechanical engineer and rebuilds cars for fun. It took awhile for him to bring the van to her...it came back with a dent and the bumper cover was cracked. I just unloaded a bike right before her appointment. That was not there. It looked like he backed into something. Cody went and got his boss John they both denied it. Said it was old because there was dirt on it. My friend brought the van over, My husband looked at it, no oil leak, drivetrain was fine. She took off on a road trip to Utah the next day. She made it back just fine! Still driving it. I looked at the bumper, it had fresh plastic shavings on it where the crack was...this is disgusting behavior. I had my routine oil changes done here. Not any more. My friend is a single mom having a rough time. I was helping her out. I felt horrible for sending her there...If your a woman I would not go here because I think they target women for unnecessary repairs. Liar liar! read more

He truly finds the issue and doesn't try to sell you stuff you don't need. He goes to whatever lengths to make sure your stuff is FIXED. He doesn't jimmy rig stuff together. I have been so impressed with the level and speed of service at Iconic that we now don't let anyone else touch our fleet vehicles. He treats everyone with the highest level of care and professionalism. I had my tires done here and they switched a new never used tire for one of my old ones being switched out. They never denied it but also refused to replace it. I looked them up, turns out they are the origional owners of Certified Tire in CA who where run out and forced to settle 1000's of claim of felony fraud. Turns out they have decades long history of steeling from customers and over charging them So bad there are reports that campaign finds needed to be retuned because the money was concidered stolen from customers. I was in need of a new mechanic and after doing some research I chose this company because it was a family owned business. I was unable to take the truck in myself as I was in a meeting all day so my husband took it in. When I made the appointment I requested that the tires were rotated they were not. We also had a 2 o'clock appointment they were running a half an hour late no biggie except for it took over an hour for them to change my oil. So it took over an hour and a half just to have my oil changed. On top of that it was $110.29 to have my oil changed. I felt that was a bit excessive and we will not be returning. read more

I went in to have my air conditioning serviced. I left my car. I received a call saying my air conditioner Needed fluid. But I needed a new cam shaft. I was shocked. I said go ahead. I was also told I needed a new air conditioner now. Of course I trusted what they said. I went to pick up my car I was told my serpentine belt was bad so they replaced it. Without telling me. I said I just not A few weeks ago had it replaced at another location. He went out to the shop and came back. He also told me that when they change a cam shift they have to do an oil change so that was added also. Just a few weeks before I had just had an oil change. I left the shop and on the way home the car started pulling back. It wouldn't go it would hold back. I immediately called And told them I would bring it back on Thursday. It wasn't doing that before.i could not immediately go back because my husband Is ill and cannot be left alone for very long. So on Thursday after work, I work from home, and don't go out much. So I had to wait until Thurs. I went back and a young man came out we took it for a drive and he said yes it was stalling holding back. I left the car there. I went to pick it up. I was told they couldn't find what was wrong so they too the car to faithworks automotive. Then I was told they didn't know what was wrong. But recommend a new transmission. I said none of this was wrong and ran great. I brought it in for air conditioning.i said you broke this car....I was told I could go somewhere else. Being a God loving Woman I drove...or should I say sputtered home. After many tears and prayers I don't know what to do to hold them responsible. As of today...it's been about three weeks the car does not run AT ALL. I'm out of money. What now. I've also called there corporate office twice And was put on hold for more than a half hour.i cannot trust anyone. Update: After speaking to the owner further he agreed to full reimbursement, which I appreciate. And especially the help of the shop manager! Took my car in for a oil change. After the oil change and the shop trying to fix a oil leak they said I had (I've never had a oil drop on garage floor) I had a leak the next day. I took it back 3 more times, and the leak continued to get larger everyday. Once the manger found out I had to take it to another shop to fix their damage, he offered to refund the money spent at their shop. I said to wait until my car was fixed because I expected reimbursed for their damage. Well, after being at the other shop 9 days and $3,000 later, I have yet to be reimbursed for what I paid at Iconic and the damage this shop caused. The shop manager took responsibility for the damage his shop did and assured reimbursement, as he should. He assured me, with a witness to verify this, that I would be getting a check either from the shop or the insurance. However, his boss Jeremy is saying he won't take responsibility for his shop. This has been turned over to 3 on your side. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP!! read more

Went in just wanting tires and they mentioned the power steering needed to be done and it seemed like a good time and place to do it. I was WRONG. My $350 turned into a $1200 purchase. Then they called wanting to add another $800 for something else. And now I am unable to drive the car because all the spark plugs are misfiring! I literally just had those replaced and the car was perfectly fine BEFORE this place touched my car. And, instead of taking the blame, they said it was a "coincidence" that it went out and they'd be happy to fix them for $450! Hell no. I regret ever even looking at this place. read more

At first I was a bit frustrated with them when they misquoted a repair on my truck. I ended up cancelling the repair but a few minutes later, their manager called me and honored the original quote which was lower than the actual cost. The repair was done quickly and the team was very nice. I even had to go back to adjust the alignment a bit and they were more than happy to help. read more

We were looking for a reliable shop to look at our daughters AC issues. They checked the AC unit for free and figured out what needed repair. During the repairs they also inspected the vehicle for any other issues. This was most important to us especially since the car is our 17 year old daughters car we just bought used from a private party. It's so important to us she has a reliable and safe car. Sergio was awesome he gave me every detail and even told me what was good with the car. I didn't even ask him for that info because I was afraid to be told to fix things not needed. They filled it with air and I was on my way. They told me that if it got low again, to come in and they would test it. Well IT did and so I DID. I went here in May of 2020 to get all new tires, the gentleman there suggested I get new windshield wipers and also paid for lifetime alignment, so all in all out the door my total was $ 1014.41 my car is fairly new and had less then 50k miles so I didn't need any under the hood mechanical work, service was great an I've always been taken care of. Although I've come back to leave this review due to a lack of education. Im a good paying customer and was put on the "easy pay" plan that was "in house financing" It was suggested by the gentleman there at the time. When I left that day, I didn't pay anything I was told if I paid it off within 90 days there would be no interest. It was one of those things that I put on the back burner and when I got paid I would say I'll call them today, but never got around to calling. So, here I am almost a year later and "Easy Pay" is still taking money out of my bank account every single pay day. I finally called today 3/26/2022 to see how much do I owed left, thinking I should of been done playing this months ago by now?!!! Technically I was, easy pay started charging me an interest rate of 151.99% after the 90 days which I was unaware of. An I've paid a total of a whopping $ 1946.04 so that's an additional $ 932.63 for absolutely nothing. I like this location and the hospitality but that was very very upsetting to me.
