Place is a joke. Pay for warranty. Hit a pothole and bent the rim and now they wont honor the warranty. The new management is absolutely absurd. They think its ok to let customers leave in unsafe conditions. Also paid for warranty on tires ...nope ...just drive my car under 60 mph otherwise I get a nasty shake. They also damaged my dash by placing old rims in front seat against my dash. Yes they offered to pay to fix it if I take to dealership which with work I dont have time to get to the dealership. Never go here, they lied to my wife and said that she wasn't allowed to just pay the tires off in full at time of purchase, told her she had to make payments and promised her it wouldn't cost more than the initial sales price, she told them she did not want to do rent to own and they said no, it's just standard payment plan, we ended up paying $1000 for $500 in tires, it's a scam, and when we complained, the associate said we should have read the fine print read more

These prepare thieves,,I paid off my tires 12 payments of 109 a month .after my 12 months and tires were paid off ..they started taking payments of 92 dollars out I called and asked what was going on they said I came back in and got more tires put on which was flas so I drove up there they saw they made a mistake and would be reimbursed for the 2 payments they took out and they wasn't sure how they made the mistake I was patient and waited for my money back which they said was pending never came so I called they said they'll look into it and call me back..well they ever did so I called again and they proceeded to give me attitude about it..I'm disabled and live on a very tight budget hence why I had to finance tires to begin with ..these people have some fraud or just blatantly are thieves ,,I still haven't gotten my money back 03-27-2025 I'll be file report with better business bureua and what ever avenues I can ..I urge you to take your business anywhere but here read more

as i am a paycheck to paycheck liver, tires were an expense i was having trouble affording. I own a vehicle that has an odd tire size and would have cost me $900 for 4 new tires, plus the cost of actually having someone put them on the car. My pops called around for me and found Rent Roll. For 5 low monthly payments, i can get my tires. The guys in the shop are all super nice. They told me that I have a problem with my ball joint. Rent to Roll was very helpful with my 2010 Dodge Charger RT. I had a huge long nail stuck in my right rear side 22inch tire and I was just thinking of only replacing one tire but I really needed to replace all of them. They recommended I get all four brand new tires replaced for $1,300, which included roadside service. I needed it but couldn't afford it. I was like damn, I don't have that type of money laying around and they told me, don't worry we can help with the financing. They financed me right on the spot and I paid them $38.00 a week. Worst customer service ever. The 2 associates are liars and have no consideration for customers time. Dont bother making appointments. They'll say they lost it and wont reschedule you. This has nothing to do with renting rims but I wanted to leave high remarks for this place. I have aftermarket rims and couldn't find the lug key to unlock my rim locks. The man working at this place found me the right sized lug key and even gave it to me for the future. For free! Left a great impression, would recommend due to great customer service. read more
