I told them we were in O'Fallon and could be there in 15 minutes, as they closed at 7. We arrived at 6:40 and they were waiting for us. I didn't get his name but he immediately got the keys and pulled the car into the bay. Turns out we needed a new tire because the hole was on the side and couldn't be patched. We walked out the door at 7:01 with a brand new tire and a smile on our faces. They made a very stressful situation so much better in a matter of 15 minutes! And the price was very reasonable for a new tire, I think the total was $178 out the door. They saved our day and we will use them from now on for all our tires.

They sold me tires that were underrated for my van. I have a class E and needed a bigger tire. The shop I took it to for something unrelated conveyed that it was a miracle I didnt blow the tires on my drive out here. Their solution? Bring it back. I live 27 hours away. Ridiculous. Wasted on $537 on tires that could've killed me. The manager stated he only installs what the customer wants... I wanted safe recommended tires that were meant for the van that I own! Their negligence to do their job and install SAFE tires is a reason to stay far away from this company!

They apologized for my wait and explained that they were understaffed, but I didn't mind waiting at all because everyone was so nice! I drive an older Volvo, and resetting the oil change maintenance light is sometimes a bit tricky to figure out. Blake attempted to reset mine and said he wasn't sure how, but he immediately took out his phone and looked up a YouTube video to learn. Seriously so courteous!! I told him that I could play around with it when I got home because I didn't want to waste his time, especially while they were so busy. But I'm so grateful for his willingness to help! I also had a $10 off coupon, but Blake said he could give me a slightly better discount to thank me for my patience. I came in to have tires installed through the tire and battery shop and was initially helped by an…read moreemployee named Heath. He was extremely polite, professional, and got me checked in quickly. I asked if I could watch the installation from outside the shop area, and he explained that as long as I stayed behind the chained-off area outside the garage, it was fine. He even allowed me to borrow a plastic chair so I could sit while watching, which I appreciated. About five minutes later, another employee named Henry approached me in a very aggressive and rude manner. Without first asking or speaking respectfully, he loudly said, "Aw nah man, you can't be sitting out here with that chair like that, it's going to get all wet." At the time, I was completely covered by the overhead shelter near the garage doors and it was not raining on the chair at all. Caught off guard by how I was approached, I responded, "Really?" Henry then replied, "Yeah, the others are just too scared to tell you," referring to his coworkers. He then took the chair away abruptly while walking off. As I responded "wow" in disbelief at how the situation was handled, he eventually said "sorry," which made it seem like he may have realized afterward that he had handled the interaction poorly. I want to make it clear that Heath was great throughout the process and represented excellent customer service. Unfortunately, the interaction with Henry left a very negative impression and completely changed the experience. As someone who had recently returned from deployment, I was disappointed to be treated in such an unnecessarily hostile and disrespectful manner over something that had already been approved by another employee. Overall, I hope this feedback is taken constructively so future customers are treated with more professionalism and respect.
