I swear every employee who works here is unbelievably friendly and professional. Top tier customer service. They're great at explaining everything to you so that you feel informed and like you're part of the process. I drive a Model Y Tesla, and they're very knowledgeable about all the Tesla quirks. Hopefully I don't have to visit again anytime soon, but this will always be my go-to place when I need it!

The staff was not friendly at all, had an attitude, and treated me like I was an inconvenience rather than a paying customer. No respect, no explanation, no effort. They charged me $41 just to replace a valve stem, and guess what? It didn't fix anything. My tire is STILL going flat. So I paid for absolutely nothing and wasted my time. If you're expecting professionalism, honesty, or even basic customer service, don't come here. They'll take your money, rush the job, and send you out the door with the same problem you came in with. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
