They got me in quick, and for a fair price for mounting and balancing 4 wheels and tires. They scanned my new tires (purchased elsewhere) and apparently charge $260/tire for them while I paid $142.55. Told me they'd be done in about an hour. I watched as they took my wheels off and left my truck on jacks as they worked on what appeared to be walk-ins vehicles. Either way, I had a 1:30 appointment, arrived at 1:25 and wasn't out of there until 3:15. So I wasn't able to get my alignment like they said I would. Even recommended "Annie's Auto" down the street. Helped them load up my old tires, left them the adapter to remove my lug nuts on the seat, but never got it back. Now I get to drive 30 min each way to go back and get it. Left them a message but haven't gotten a call back. I'd rather go to the non-chain shops, especially having already bought my tires elsewhere. All in all, 1.5/5 stars. read more

My daughter had a blowout on her car. She went here to get a new tire. They installed a new tire on her car. She started to drive home the next day and the tire she just bought from here blew out. She was not only almost in an accident from a new tire blowing out but she was also delayed another day returning home to Chicago. read more

I was treated very poorly during my experience at Discount Tire. I called this morning asking if i could bring my truck in for a tire change, I was told it wouldn't be a problem. Came in at 11am, was told I would be serviced and done by 1:45pm. As more customers came and went, At 1:45pm i asked if my truck had been finished? Then I was told they were very busy and couldn't service me. Never given a later time or date , not even an apology or any compensation for how long I waited. Didn't care to service me at all. Very clean, and organized place. Matt, an employee there, was very peronsonable and helpful. He was knowledgeable about the tires and really helped me out after having a horrible day. Just left the Parma Hts. location and the service was definitely a five star! Justin came out and met me in the parking lot right after pulling up and took my info and pulled my Saab right in. He was very friendly and accommodating. Showed me how my tires were wearing, then before I knew it I was out within 15 minutes tops! The crew shined my tires and they look perfect! The whole crew was wonderful, fast and very professional! Great job guys! I'll definitely be back in 5-6k to this location! Came here on a Tuesday after work 4:30 I was told it will be an hour wait to get my tires rotated. With two young boys I can not wait an hour. Came in two days later, a little sooner. Before I picked the boys up from school. Still an hour wait but I was told I can make an appointment to ensure it would not take an hour to rotate my tires. Came in today for my appointment and Kieron told me it may take up to an hour. I hope you can understand my frustration when your told something make an adjustment to compensate and still end up with same result. Still ended up waiting an hour. Cheap tires cool. How could I feel any other way when when they do free repairs and rebalance tires while you watch. Well since I was there Wednesday to have car checked for a bent rim and a vibration in the front end, the manager Chris told me no problem with the rim so I left thinking maybe the rotors were bad, upon further inspection from my husband, turns out that the tire was bad with a very bad broken radial that was very evident that " Chris the manager" didn't see. So 2 hours of my day spent with no results, so today i took it back and had a very "nice" gentleman take care of me, and both front tires replaced. My BF had recommended them to me last year. I purchased a whole set and the service was excellent. I was on a limited budget, and they did not try to upsell me. Unfortunately, the car did not last more than a year. Took my new used car in to get a tire checked. My tires were like new. I purchased the road hazard for all four tires at $14 a tire, which includes replacement tires. Amazing, since they did not sell these tires to me. They fixed my leaky valve and now I have no worries. The dealer I had just bought the car from was going to charge me $99 to take care of the tire. Matt was awesome - he helped me last year. I always get great service here at Discount Tire on West 130th in Parma Heights, across the street from the Marc's plaza! The people who work here are always polite, and they demonstrate the highest level of courtesy and professionalism. I recommend this business to anyone who needs tires. I love that they will rotate the tires and do pressure checks and repair holes without charge at any time. I bought the warranty on my tires, and had to use it recently because there was an unrepairable hole in my sidewall. With the warranty, they replaced the tire at no charge! Bought 4 sets of tires for all my family's cars in September 2015. I won't return to Discount Tire. The 4 tires on my Chrysler 200 wore on the inner edge with 25,000 miles. I felt deceived as the representative was very detail oriented, blaming everything on the vehicle as the cause for the inner edge wear. The rep stated the tire manufacturer Kumho wouldn't do anything for the tires. Really? Then what does a 3 year warranty get you? Aggravation and twisted words to swallow when you have a problem. I would've been happy if Parma Hts. would have met me half way, but $5 dollars off each replacement tire? Give me a break. read more

Long story short, I took my car into a Toyota Dealership for my complimentary Toyota Care service. They found a nail in my tire and said it could not be patched--they would put a new tire on for $170 (before tax). I instead took it to this Discount Tire location prepared to buy a new tire and they immediately told me that they could patch it. And they did so at no cost! These guys saved me about $200 and I'm so grateful! Super honest and super helpful. Great service! read more

These guys are top notch. They did not have the tires in stock that I was initially looking for and offered to order them for me. Chris ordered them late Thursday and had them Monday before noon - not to mention beat all other local tire places by $200-300 for the same tire! All employees were very professional and made this a painless experience - Chris and Justin were terrific. The managers were even working on the cars! Tires were mounted, balanced and I was on my way in under 45 minutes. Definitely recommend these guys and will return in the future without hesitation. read more
