Had been communicating with Lord knows who via text and confirmed availability to drop off the vehicle and was told routine service would be able to be performed sometime "that day". Was not promised a time - that i understood. I called in advance to confirm, and texted my arrival prior that this would be the case day of since I was unable to reach anybody via phone in prior efforts. Instead of trying to fix or make right this situation gentleman over the phone was very rude, blunt, and unwilling to try to remedy the situation despite GAP's error. I read the text to him in black and white and was essentially told nothing was possible. Basically - "get in line" over the next few days. Very flippant and unwilling to help. After admitting the communication error I was told it was "great!" That another shop was unwilling to do what they needed to do to rectify the issue. Unbelievable. You will not be getting a dime out of me. Was really looking forward to establishing with this local shop.
