I bought tires at this location last fall (2025). The price was very reasonable and they came with a warranty. I have had to get a couple repairs due to screws in my tires and it's always free. The balancing was free, too. I had to get them balanced today. The employees and the owner are always very polite, knowledgeable, and extremely professional! It's a great tire shop, I recommend it to anyone. They even have comfortable seats in the waiting area and free, cold bottled water. Keep up the honest, proficient work! so long story short, I had a problem with two rear tires on an enterprise car and these guys here at discount Danny and Alfredo gave great customer service. They were very patient and understanding and they helped us. even though enterprise took forever. To approve the request for the new tires. I came in today to get a tire that was low on pressure checked. I was quickly helped by the guys out side. I also went inside to inquire about an after market wheel and its special key. I was helped by Tyler and he was beyond helpful! He even found a key that they had in stock that can pass on to me, instead of mailing a check to gorilla automotive product and then wait for the key to be mailed back home. Need staffing!! Had 8:15 appt. Got there a half hour before. Finally got in 55 minutes later. Their site suggests getting here 15 minutes ahead. They should change it to 50 minutes ahead. Not being health concious, as a lot of people not wearing masks. Chairs 3 feet apart. I moved mine way over. Does not matter what our stupid governor says, he is not a doctor. Why is all their staff masked if they are not worried. Even my Dr's office is still all masked up. This corona crap is not over by any means. Trying to get an appointment here is a pain. They had me down for a certain day and time, got there an hour early only to find out that they never put me down! But the man helping me was nice and said they could get it in and done in 2-3 hours. I got a call back after 2 hours that my car was ready. They lost one of my tire caps but they gave me replacements and extra at that! Overall they're quick and friendly. The ONLY reason I'm giving one star is simply because I have to. Scheduled an appointment ahead of time and then called thirty minutes prior to my appointment to see if It would be quick enough for me to wait or if I should arrange a ride. The gentleman I spoke to insisted I wait because it wouldn't take long SINCE I HAD AN APPOINTMENT. Stood in line for fifteen minutes before being helped and was then told it would be a bare minimum of an hour wait before my car was finished. I understand businesses get busy but don't insist your clients wait when the minimum wait is one hour. Received a call at 5:00 saying my car was finished but that they were closing and were going to keep it over the weekend. I WON'T be coming back simply due to POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. read more

The first time I went to this location for a flat repair they didn't put my spare tire back up right underneath my car and it actually fell out of the thing that holds it in place while I was driving, luckily it was in an apartment complex so no one was hurt and I was able to retrieve it. The policy of Discount Tire is RIDICULOUS, it is designed to get you to BUY another TIRE!! If the tire you have that has a slow leak in it because a staple or nail or whatever, also has a plug that repaired the tire from a previous leak, then they will NOT repair the tire, they will NOT balance the tire, they would NOT replace the stem if it were leaking, they will NOT touch the tire - unless you purchase a replacement tire from them, THEN they will touch the tire to take it off and replace it with their new tire, or used tire that they $ell you. No matter how new or awesome the tire is, if it has a plug in it they deny giving you service. read more

This place has been great. Had the exact replacement tire I needed. Was one of only 3 locations that had the tire. They were so courteous when you enter the store. They replaced it in and out in a very short amount of time given they don't have many bays. Today I had a screw in one of my other tires that was o. The van when I bought it. Still had great tread. They fixed it and didn't charge me. This is why I will only use Discount tire and the people are so friendly which is why I will continue to use this location even though I live in El Mirage. read more

To start this off, my father and I have a total of 7 or more cars That we've consistently bought tires from this location for, got them rotated and serviced here as well. For over a decade we've Been loyal customers. Normally we get taken care of quite nicely. Didn't see Zef today, but he's the best guy there. I sincerely hope Discount is aware of their online presence. When I first bought the car I'm driving now, Zef had the best price and warranties he threw out some junk tires I had them throw on initially and put some top notch 70000 mile Michelin tires on. They were special order tires. So I called in like he told me I could, to order them. FRANK, wouldn't let me order them over the phone, he said I had to pay in full before ordering.i can understand a super new customer with no history being required to take these steps, but like I said we've been faithful customers for YEARS. Frank eventually subsided after quite a bit of arguing over the phone and ordered it. 15000 miles later with my normal rotations in place, 2 of my tires are shot, and instead of being easy to work with as far as warranty and pricing and such, he's telling me that we must ship them to Michelin and let them evaluate the tires before he can't warranty them. So basically I have to hope that Michelin decides my worn tires are worthy of the refund. Whereas before, if there were no obvious signs of abuse, Discount would automatically replace them! Please revert back to the discount I knew last year and prior. I'm speaking to the manager on Thursday this week. He'll most likely help me out. But frank needs to be re taught or terminated due to his customer service. I'd compare it to a recorded voice machine for a service company. Not to mention he spoke to me as if I was stupid and had no idea what a tire was or like I'm some child who's looking to be ripped off. I have been buying tires from this location since the store opened. My 5 family members as well! I have always been treated well and been very satisfied until my 8/31/19 experience with Keith! I had found the tires I was interested in On Line. I had some old tires on a truck that were dried out and cracking. So I showed him the 70,000 mile tires I was interested in. He said they didn't have them in stock. I was desperate for new tires, so I asked for comparable tires he might have in that price range. He said no problem and gave me a quote. Here's where I screwed up. I should have asked more questions, but I trusted him based on my previous experiences here. He also handed me a paper saying I qualified for a Labor Day event 10% rebate, that after I submitted it, was 5%! After the tires were mounted and all was said and done, They handed me my invoice, Keith had down graded the tires to 40,000 mile tires! Awesome team! I don't know much about cars, or how to fix them, but when I had a problem with my tire, discount is my go to. My alignment was off and rubbed one of my tires completely bald. I was so mad that I thought I had to buy a whole new tire just because ONE tire was damaged. But the gentlemen at the sales counter at this location suggested I buy a used tire. BEST IDEA EVER.
