Awesome team! I don't know much about cars, or how to fix them, but when I had a problem with my tire, discount is my go to. My alignment was off and rubbed one of my tires completely bald. I was so mad that I thought I had to buy a whole new tire just because ONE tire was damaged. But the gentlemen at the sales counter at this location suggested I buy a used tire. BEST IDEA EVER. He found my desired tire within seconds and scheduled me down for an appointment for service. I was in and out with a new set of tires within 20minutes. If I could give more than five stars, I would. I have been a customer for many years but my experience today made me a life-long customer. I will never go anywhere else. My sensor light for low air pressure came on today and since they still had customers in the showroom after 6 pm I pulled in to get air in my tires. The designated air pressure check area was already closed but a young gentleman saw me and said he would check my tires. Turns out my rear tire was flat. He said to go to the show room and arrange to have my spare put on. The gentleman in the show room, Frank, was on the phone with another customer. Listening to his conversation was delightful as i could tell that he was not rushing the person on the other end and patiently answered all of his/her questions even though the store was supposed to be closed at that time. Once Frank was able to assist me he gave me the same undivided attention he gave to the person on the phone. I highly recommend this location of Discount Tires. read more

So I made an appointment because i had a nail in my tire and all my other tires were low on air. When I got there I told them exactly which tire had the nail and asked if the can check all my other tires and top them off with air because my meter was showing they were all in need of it. Then guy in the front said "yes of course we top off all 4 tires regardless just to be on the safe side and then went outside to get the tires pressure. When it was time for them to take my car back they didn't even pull in it the garage. It was parked to the side which another young man worked on the ONE tire that had the nail. Noticed how I capitalize ONE because that's all he did was fix and topped off one tire. When I left it was 30mins before closing and when I was driving I noticed my tire light was still on so I checked the meter and he didn't even check or top off my other 3 tires when I specifically told them to do so! Now I have one good tire at 40 while my other 3 are at 30. I get I can go just pull in and have them put air in it but it's the principal! Not to mention the time I'm going to waste having to go back to sit and wait yet again for something that should've been done the first time when I asked and was told it would happen. Just an annoying inconvenience. So I definitely won't be returning to this location! read more

I had a flat tire and some wheel locks taken off my car. When I picked up the car at night I didn't bother to check their work before I left. When I got home, they removed the wheel locks but didn't put any replacement lug nuts on! Granted there are four other lug nuts but it would've been to be informed. Now it's two months later and I attempt to loosen the lug nuts and one of them is cross threaded! This makes it impossible to remove the tire. Luckily, I was at home but what if I had a flat and worse had my kids in the car. Discount tire is good overall, but avoid THIS location. They're a bunch of knuckle heads. read more

I usually get my tires rotated here and bowl a couple games while I wait at the bowling alley. They have always done a great job with it and I feel like I can trust them when they tell me it's time for new tires. They are usually pretty quick too. read more
