I do not recommend anyone to have service done at this place. For a quick fix on a flat or to patch a nail sure but to service or balance your tires no way. I brought my 2021 truck for brand new rims and tires. Ever since my truck has had the most shakiest ride. I took it back 3 times to be rebalanced until i finally got tired of wasting my time. They installed my tires in different order so my tire pressure sensors were reading backwards. Then i noticed the caps for rims were missing because they didn't tighten the screws enough so they flew off on the freeway. Took 3 months for them to replace and costed me 100$. After waiting all that time it came out they ordered the wrong size so i ended up waiting another 2 months. I now need an alignment and new tires after 5 months of shaking. The manager David offered no sympathy or curtesy to make up for such a bad job and inconvenience. Do not go there. The didn't even put my brand new metal valve stem caps back on. read more

Stopped to repair a flat tire needed to replace a tire was in and out within the hour. Great and fast service!

Extremely crooked company. Went in for a tire that kept losing air. Was told it was the rim and tire was good. Ended up getting the rim replaced. Not even 24 hours later almost had a blow out on the freeway with my toddler in the back. When I got home I had 8psi, yes 8, and a piece of rubber sticking out from the rim. Took my car back in and was not even given the courtesy of 'let me check our work', but instead accused of damaging my own tire. They must've installed it incorrectly because minutes later they said there was no leak. However, the piece that was sticking out was no longer visible. They messed something up and didn't have the decency to admit it. I ended up taking it to a Firestone and was told my valve stem was leaking significantly. I have a strong suspicion my rim was never cracked to begin with. This review cost me $100, so please take my advice and stay away from this place. Completely unprofessional and immoral company. My children and I could've been seriously hurt and they didn't bat an eye. To top it off, after they put my tire back on they had the nerve to say "can you move? Another car needs to come in here". I was there for maybe a minute with no apology, no goodbye, no thank you for your business, nothing. Trash!!! Surprised this company is even in business and hasn't been sued!!! If you need tires go to the llantera on 43rd Ave and Dunlap, where they've always been honest with me and put the family's safety first! We left our car on a Wednesday and was told it would be ready by the next day and I assured with the guy in the front office to make sure since I was going out of state just so they can call me the day of 30 minutes before there closing time telling me they can't get it done and to just wait for the next day knowing I had asked since I had a family emergency. Overall lack of communication. The solution they offered was just bizarre they stated they would just put it back together but it wasn't going to be fixed and they wouldn't be responsible for it. I first pulled in I was greeted kindly by a gentleman who was already dealing with a customer. ask me what I needed done, wearing a face covering as well as others around gave me a time estimate and get them to a safe parking. Went in at 9:15am for an alingment. I was told my control arm was messed up. I was told if i get it fixed there it would be around 1 hour to get it done. At 11am, still waiting on parts to get there. Finally at 1130 they arrive, turns oit they ordered the wrong thing. I went home to wait, 140pm i get a call that its ready. Lady in the office so fucken rude, no explanations on what was taking so long, i had to walk thru the shop and ask what the problem was. Even then the guy would just nod his head when i asked something. No apologies for the wait, no thank you for getting my car serviced there. Straight over charge for everything. Wow! Not only did they try to overcharge me for a new tire, they gave me a tire almost 6" too small trying to tell me it was even with my other tires. It was an old cracked tire and It was the size of the donut spare I was using! 15 day warranty so I go back the next day to have them fix it because it started to go flat and the valve stem was broke. They tried to tell me it was the right size and after much disagreement they agreed to replace the tire with a working one and the right size. Couldn't get them to replace the valve stem without charging me extra! I DO NOT recommend going here. read more

I went in on Dec 30th for an Alignment. The have the computerized alignment machine. I pulled the car on the rack and then walked around the shop for about 10 minutes. The guy gave me the thumbs up that it was ready. WAIT just a minute, you hooked up all the sensors and adjusted the steering components and struts all in 10 minutes! ? So, I go to pay for it and the lady asked me how much? She already had $40 written on the receipt so I told her $50 which is what I was quoted the day before. At least I was honest. Turns out, he only eye balled the alignment, never hooked up the machine and I never saw him turn a wrench to adjust anything. They only do shoddy work here, maybe they can change a tire OK but for anything else, STAY AWAY. They did the same procedure when I returned on Jan. 2nd to have the alignment done correctly and again, He only eye balled it and it still isn't right. Stay away from here if you're tired of getting screwed by inexperienced people who think they know how to work on a car but don't. read more
