This is a very busy store!!! They do a great job and have a large selection of tires. They are very knowledgeable and know their inventory. I have a living quarters 3 horse trailer I blew a back tire. After having a discussion with Kendall we decided to go from a 10 ply tire to 14 ply tire. They said it would be 1.5hrs to change tires. We went next store to get lunch and they were finished by the time we got done eating!! Probably only 45 mins. I was impressed because it was Saturday and they were lots of cars needing tires. You can wait in there waiting room or there is restaurant and a coffee place that is in strip mall. read more

Update 2 days later: not only did they not patch my flat that was damaged in my sidewall, but I just got another flat on a brand new tire I bought & had installed here too (presumably by the same Einstein who patched my tire) because they didn't close the valve. I discovered that I my alignment was off and chewed through my tires horribly. Ordered tires online and had them shipped to the location. Super easy and convenient. Arrived about 7:45 and they were able to take my keys before they opened so I could get back home for an 8:00 work call. Thank you. Tires were installed and ready to go less than an hour later. Stopped in for an air pressure check yesterday.  The worker DEflated ALL my tires to 20 psi. I immediately questioned what he was doing and he told me "the tires will  re-inflate in 5 to 10  minutes".  Continued to question the info he was giving me but he kept on with the ABSURDITY..... I left & drive to Big O down the street.....thankfully.....they have now earned my loyalty from now on....yes, with a simple air check....done right!! Later when I got home, I called  and spoke with Mike the manager. All he could tell me was the quipment was down & he did not know....and "sorry".  So much for customer safety.... Will NOT continue business with Discount moving forward this is the 2nd screw up from this specific location within 3 months.  The other incident involved my 85 year old father's vehicle. Smple service of balancing was not performed correctly & the weight fell by the  time he drove 2 miles home & the tires were improperly inflated....all this after he waited 2 hours.   If you all can't even perform simple tire related tasks how can you possibly expect the customer to trust that you are honest & value safety? read more

I just have to say this location has incredibly helpful staff and has their customers best interests at heart. It's very refreshing to be helped that way the crew at this location helped me. I arrived on paper thin tires, one with a nail in it, in addition I had a punctured UTV tire. Brandon was so helpful in finding me a good solution for each issue. Although it's a drive for me, good people are hard to find these days and Brandon went above and beyond helping me. I'll definitely be making the drive and working with Brandon in the future. I was having difficulty putting air in one of the tires at various local gas stations so I stopped in Discount Tire on the way to work and they took me right away. They have a convenient outside bay just for air and the attendant had no trouble inflating all tires to the perfect pressure. Nice to have such a friendly local tire place! read more

Best experience ever! I scheduled an appointment online but ended up getting delayed at work. I called and asked if I could come a bit later, and without any hesitation, they said no problem. I showed up at 315 and was greeted by Steven. He was polite, friendly, and understanding of my particular situation. He very efficiently went over the details with me and said they needed 30-40 mins to put my new tires on. Literally 15 mins later my car was done! So NO one likes the inconvenience of a flat tire.... But it is nice when you get taken care of.... I spotted a nail in my tire that only has 8,000 miles on it, got out my spray bottle with soapy water and it was leaking.... SO I drove to the DIscount tire store, and got it fixed........ BUT a week later I decided to check the repaired tire and to my surprise it is 10 lbs low again. I get out my spray bottle and sure enough, the REPAIR is leaking. Back to the store where they tell my that is a problem and can't be fixed, BUT they will get a new tire and replace it no charge as the repair did not hold....... COOL!! BUT of course NONE of the 900 stores in the US have that tire!! It is only 10 months old, but Michelin decides to redesign it and the replacement is not in stock locally either!!!! So not only do I have to wait until the end of the week, I face having 3 tires and one different on my 2011 Infiniti. I Said no way, order me 2 so I at least have matching tires on the same axle, which is what you are supposed to do. End of story is that after talking to the management they 'helped' me a little with the price of the extra tire (NOT their fault), so although I hate the idea of buying one, at least I did not pay full price, which was $26 more than the ones it is replacing. I returned at the 1:45 mark and was told it would be another forty minutes. 35 minutes into that my card had still not yet moved. I asked where I was in the line up. Discount is always a good place for tires and tire service. This location seems to be one of the busiest and takes longer than others. I guess because it's the only one for many miles around. Still the service is friendly, prices are decent, and they do a great job. But plan to spend a little extra time here, or call ahead for an appointment. read more

These guys are amazing. When I stopped by as a walk-in needing a road hazzard repair, they were already SLAMMED. But, they worked me in anyway. I am VERY greatful. Not only that but, they always seemed calm and in control even though the place was extremely busy, it was over 100 degrees outside and many of the other customers seemed to have attitude problems from the heat. So very disappointed. I've been a Discount tire customer for 15 years and have gone to the same location for all of those years. We recently just moved near this location and I was excited that they were close to my house. I visited them this past Saturday for a simple tire rotation. I dropped it off at 1pm and received a call at 3:30 with the news that they had broken 6 of the 12 studs between my two rear wheels. I scrambled to make arrangements to get the vehicle towed to the dealership before the end of the day. Today I called Discount to get to the bottom of it and was basically told that they won't claim responsibility and that they must have been previously damaged or weakened. Now I have a $450 dollar bill to deal with. Once again, I am so very disappointed. read more

Had a bad tire to be checked and was told it would be 69 minutes. At the 100 minute mark, I saw my car had not moved. Upon inquiry, uh-oh, we don't have you in system. Kind of got right on it, told them I was pressed for time, they determined I needed 4 new tires, which was legit, thought I might anyway. So--at the 2 hr 30 minute mark, it is ready. THEN--they show me how my center tire logo caps had all but one been broken off in process of tire change. Now I've lived here long enough to know plastic will dry out/rot, but it literally capped off a very disappointing visit to this location. They told me they could order these caps for me...I have no interest in dealing with this location again. No real sense that they screwed up on two things for this customer as apologies go. Stopped in with a nail in my tire. After waiting 1 1/2 hours I was told that my tire needed to be replaced and they did not have that tire in stock, it would take 4 days to get it in. I said that was fine since I recently replaced all my tires and did not want one that was different. When I asked the salesperson Dakota Lonati how long I could drive on the spare he assured me it was no problem as long as I didn't go over 50mph. After about 3 or 4 miles my vehicle started to show AWD warnings that said STOP THE VEHICLE. I have had issues numerous times at this location and had never said anything. This time is BS. I take my vehicle in to have the tires rotated. After they rotate them, it drives unstable on the way, the next day really bad. Can't be the tires right? Heck, just had them rotated. Took it to my mechanic, a tire is separated on the inside, you can actually see it. Take it to Discount, only to find that 3 of the 4 separated on the inside. How the heck did they not see this when they rotated the tires????? I felt it with my hand. Now they tell me they can only give me the prorated discount on 3, not all 4, yet all 4 are under 50k miles. Why would we think the 4th is not separated or soon to be? They put on 3 tires because they have to order the 4th. Of course never called to tell me the 4th came in so I had to call them. Take the car in to get the 4th new tire paid at full price, put on. Come home, open the trunk, the spare tire is thrown in, not put in place, not bolted down, covers thrown on top not put in place. 3 tires without the chrome caps on the air valves. Absolutely total BS and with no regard. I've been buying tires for 3 vehicles at this place for 9 years. Good guys but taking my business elsewhere. read more
