I paid these guys over $10K to do various things for me over last two years. I talked to one of their staff and told them I wasn't happy with the original (five) ceramic coat treatment they did in 2021 to my car - only held up for 3 months. They advertise a 'lifetime guarantee' for the gold treatment I paid for. I sent a photo of what I wanted it to look like again - original quality. With this understanding and 'guarantee' I I drove over 1000 miles to have this same quality redone and I even showed a photo of what it looked like originally to the sales manager. When I dropped it off I was not told anything just reinforced what I wanted and assumed it was covered under their warranty. When I picked it up - two days late - I was shocked to find out I had to pay a $200 'checkup' fee, lol and they only redid one coat on it. Further I was told 'To get it back to the original we would have had to charge you $1500!' A lot of 'hey brother we appreciate you' and this BS talk in front of customers. What they deliver quite different. If they did this to me after I sunk $10K into their business . . . Make sure you get everything in writing and look carefully at their website. read more

Called them out of the blue to have a set of tires put on. They were able to fit me in quickly and get everything taken care of in record time. It's also a nice shop with a lot of nice cars. Felt very comfortable with them handling my car. Will be using them again for sure. read more

I recently did the dumbest thing. I forgot I was parked next to an island and curbed my rear passenger tire pretty bad. After looking all over online to find a place to repair it with no success, because of the unique finish, I was ready to just buy a new one. My mechanic who treats his customers like family referred me to Ultimate Mobile Wheel & Tire. I met up with Keith to assess the damage. Keep in mind, he easily could have ordered a new on which I was desperate to buy. Instead, he treated me like family too! He referred me to the most amazing repair company that far exceeded what I thought could be possible for a repair that was done at my home! And for 1/5 the cost and no 4-6 week turnaround! I now have 2 more amazing car repair places to add to my network! When I decide to change the look of my rims you can bet I'll be going to Ultimate Mobile Wheel & Tire! Their tire mounting machine scratched my brand new wheels. The part where it clamps to the lip and the center bore that holds it down to mount the tires scratched the wheels. Very simple fix is just to use some masking tap on the areas of contact. Would have taken 5 minutes and made the installation perfect. I hate to give a 1 star rating but I feel like I have to warn others of this shops carelessness. I skipped going to Discount Tire for this reason and I still got my wheels scratched. This is exactly why I didn't buy expensive wheels luckily these where cheap but I have yet to find a shop that doesn't scratch wheels. So if you have expensive brand new wheels to mount I don't know what to tell you they will mostly likely get scratched. Edit: Would like to add I also noticed car vibrates at 80 mph on the highway which is from the wheels and tires improperly balanced. Now I have to find another shop to check the balance. ‍ read more
