Hmm. I'm not sure where to start. I understand it's a tire store and the employees are there to sale me tires and make a commission. However, I'm not a fan of being judged based on the tire I purchase. If they want to pay the difference, then let it go. The guy I was working with, took a glance at my tires and told me, you need new tires, these are dangerous. Ok, I get that. Maybe I shouldn't have waited so long, but don't start lecturing me. So, I go in and he shows me my tire options. He immediately starts selling me some tires and describes the benefits. I wasn't listening. You're telling me things that are going over my head. So, I ask about one of the tire options that are presented to me. He tells me those tires suck. THEN WHY DOES YOUR SHOP CARRY THEM IF THEY SUCK?! Someone, please tell me why? Because, you're providing me options and I pick one and now all of a sudden the tire you carry sucks? Anyways, I pick a second set of tires because now I'm questioning everything in life and my decision making. The guy told me, it's a better tire but not as great as... oh no, just stop. Simple concept, make an appointment ahead of time so you don't have to wait. This is something this discount tire location can't seem to manage. Three times now I have waited over an hour and when I complain they apologize and say it was checked in wrong and didn't show I had an appointment. How hard is it to check someone in and match their name with the name of the person who has the appointment?! Every other business in America can handle it, but this location of Discount Tire seems to struggle. Not coming back even though its walking distance from my house. read more

I visited this location to get a tire rotation and it took 2 hours. 6 people that checked in after me all got done 30-45 minutes before I did. Nobody mentioned to me that the wait time was going to be this long and I even asked. 2 hours after the fact, I went up to Kendall and Mark (the manager) to ask what is going on and they were not sympathetic and told me "it's no big deal, it will be done in five minutes." But it took 30 extra minutes. Neither of them apologized or explained what happened the last two hours, they just told me my car was ready. The customer service was terrible and they did not care about how their guests felt walking out. I will not be going back to Discount Tire again. read more

we didn't buy our tires here, but they fixed the leak anyway. for free. and they're nice. i like that. with our other cars, discount has provided a great warranty and a decent price. i regret buying tires for my civic somewhere else ... with them i got a bad warranty and bad service. discount really is a-ok by me. read more

I want to specifically applaud Mark, one of the managers. He was so wonderful to myself and my boyfriend. My boyfriend's tire blew out and Mark helped us get the best deal for an all-wheel drive car and even stayed late to get the tires changed asap, as we were leaving the next day on a road trip. I also love that Mark spoke to both me and my boyfriend - not just my boyfriend, as most car related businesses tend to speak to men over women. read more

So I scheduled an appointment at 5pm on a Friday evening online. The website said they had 4 of the tires I needed so I went ahead and scheduled the date. I get there and the guy took 30 minutes looking for the tires and was about to tell me to come back another day when another guy comes in and jokingly says that the tires were there all along. I paid cash and they finally take my SUV to the back and do the tire change. When they bring my SUV to the front the guy gives me the keys and storms off cause it's Friday evening and everyone's ready to go home! But he failed to give me my receipt/paperwork. I get my paperwork and head back to my SUV only to find out that my rims are scratched and on the front right wheel (passenger side) one of the studs/bolt is completely broken off. Their sorry excuse is "sorry bud". They tell me to take it to a shop that's 20 miles away on MY penny. Completely mind blowing. I will never do business with discount tire co ever again and I hope that people that read this reconsider going as well. read more

Great service. They won't try to sell you anything that you don't need. If you prefer to have a different types of tires that goes to your vehicle, they will tell you why and why not it works or don't work on the car. They want what's best for your vehicle. They don't work on commissions, so feel free to ask as many questions as you possibly have. I recently bought 4 tires for 2 of my vehicles for the President's Day special. It's good deal when you know what you are doing. Give them a try if you haven't done it before. I know I'll go back again for more of their great services. read more

I've been here officially twice now to actually buy product. Once for rims and now once for new tires. 100% satisfied with everything about this location! Every employee is extremely nice, polite, and very helpful! Rims and tires are never cheap but here, they make sure you fully understand every aspect of any product you purchase from them and ensure you that you're making a good purchase that you can be confident about! Hopefully I won't have to be back anytime soon but for a FREE tire rotation but if I had to, which I will someday, I will for sure be back and would recommend them to anybody! read more

I've purchased most of my tires from this particular location and have now had two issues. During one purchase, I was charged for 1 tire warranty when I bought 4 tires. Not knowing the salesman only charged me for one (who would ever purchase just one?), I went in and was told that my tire could not be repaired because there would be no way to know which tire the one cert was associated with. That was well over a year ago. After my most recent visit, I purchased two front tires. Within 2 days, both of my wheel caps came off. Of course the two on the back that Discount Tire did not touch are still on the vehicle. So after owning my truck for 11 years, I'll need to search out and purchase two new wheel caps. I tried to speak to a manager at this location and was placed on hold, given to a salesman..not the manager, put on hold again and after 10 minutes of more wasted time, I decided to write this review instead. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this location that is just down the street from my house. I'll be visiting a different location or just buying my tires at Costco. read more

I don't know which store Aaron works at now but he gave me great service! This company offers great customer service. Aaron helped me out when I was in a bind! I came in to replace my back 2 tires but found out one of my rims was cracked and my spare was dry rotted. Aaron replaced my spare tire with a fairly new used tire to hold me over until I could reorder my rim. I was screwed and Aaron made it possible for me to continue to go to work while it took a week for my rim to come in. Thanks is all I can say. read more

This place has awesome customer service! Not only do I get free tire rotations and air in my tires, they are very timely. When I needed to buy new tires, they didn't pressure me into getting something I didn't need. Will definitely come back here for all my tire needs. read more

Where do I start? Every time I go there they adjust the air pressure lower than the tire is supposed to be inflated at. This wears down tires much faster. They have nicked my rims over and over again getting my tires off. They push new tires on you way before you need them, this happens every time I go there. It's like they think people are dumb. Yea they repair holes for free but they put the air pressure 5-10 pounds below where the tire is supposed to be. Even if you only have them like that a month you will wear down the side wall. Finally, after I went in and asked what the hell is causing the front tires to wear down on the side wall and they told me to get my alignment checked and referred me to a place that they probably own as well. My tires are supposed to be at 44 psi but I keep them and 50 psi because It helps me roll longer. Every time I would check my tire pressure after I was there It would be at 40 psi when the tire clearly says 44 psi. Remember nothing is really free. read more
