The Discount Tire folks have always been wonderful to us! My husband had all the tires and wheels on his old car serviced and replaced by Discount Tire. I had an old Honda Civic. The salesperson saw the age and the advanced mileage of my former car. He asked me how long I intended to keep the car. I told him I would probably sell it within 10K miles. He steered me away from the top end tires and told me the mid-level tires would be just fine for my needs. We just bought a Certified Pre-Owned car from AutoNation Honda Spokane Valley (highly recommended). The all weather tires on the car were in great condition. But it's December in Spokane and we wanted snow tires. We bought Blizzak tires and chrome wheels. Discount Tire will perform seasonal changes for free, if the tires have wheels. The counter person explained that in three years, the wheels will pay for themselves. They gave us a $70 instant rebate. My husband got a $50 rebate for being a veteran. read more

I owned tires with a 45,000 mile warranty. I was 30,000 miles into them and the tires looked in good shape but needed a rotation. I brought the car in and left it to have the tires rotated. The salesman called 1 hour later and stated the all the tires were warn down to the threads on the inside. He stated my tires were out of alignment and that is why they were damaged. Based on past good service and satisfaction I followed his recommendation and purchased new 60,000 mile tires for $480. 2 hours later I took the vehicle to Les Schwab and asked them to do an alignment. I gave them no information about just purchasing tires or anything. I just said "I need an alignment" and dropped it off to be serviced. 30 minutes later the technician called me and advised the alignment was in very good shape. He stated that while he could do a minor alignment change, "if it was his vehicle he would not bother because it was so close to alignment that it would not do any damage to the vehicle." Again, Les Schwab had NO knowledge that I just purchased tires or from whom I purchased them. They then offered to not service them (costing them money) because the alignment did not need to be done. For this reason I will think twice about future purchases from Discount Tire. I have bought a lot of tires in the past from Discount Tire due to the perceived good prices and service. Unfortunately in the past I have brought in my tires to be rotated and when I was told they needed to be replaced, I followed their advice. This time I honestly feel that I was cheated. The tires I purchased appear to be good tires and the price I paid was very fair, but I now feel that I was convinced to purchase the tires at least 10,000 to 15,000 miles early. On a vehicle that only goes 7,000 miles per year. That was an expense I did not need. read more

What a great place. Not only did they give me a great tire at a great price they are totally committed to their customers. They were so helpful in picking out the right tire, and when I commented on how many folks were waiting to have tires the guy said that even though they are closed at 6 they will finish up with anyone who is still waiting. Way different than what I got from Costco. The guys there are cut and dry and no real options for affordable tires. I just felt better cared for there. read more

This place is RAD, we bought our tires here a year ago and the price was unbeatable, better than Costco. Months later I continue to get email reminders that I need get the air level checked and free tire rotations, I love it. Everyone is so nice and they're efficient as well. Awesome customer service. I took a lawnmower tire to a different shop and they couldn't fix it and wanted to charge me $20 for trying. Took the tire her to discount, they fixed it in 5 minutes flat and it was free!!!! read more

Wow the guys that work here are so nice. I bought 4 tires a month ago and didn't buy the extra insurance. This morning I got someone's used razor blade in one of the tires. They are replacing the tire with a new one for free and when I asked if I could add the tire insurance that I refused to get a month ago they let me do that too. The took my car in right away even though they are busy. I really appreciate the great service!! read more

Went in today with a flat tire....they repaired it and rotated tires...all for free and in less than 30 minutes.

Great tire prices. Rotated tires again today.....no charge of course. Rotate every 600 mi. Was checking the job of tightening my center cover (protects lug bolts on Silverado), which no one else seems to do right, they always get it right. Would recommend to anyone. read more

We had the first real snow yesterday, so naturally the store was extremely busy. It just so happened that I also had an appointment yesterday, so I was nervous that they wouldn't be able to get my snow tires on as quick as they normally would. But I was definitely wrong! These guys are amazing! In the height of the "first snow panic" they worked well past closing time to wrap up all work orders taken throughout the day.
